an automated voice says: this is a very important message from disney mobile(?) - please call us back at 1-800-393-3160

This number calls my cell phone several times a day but there's never anyone or anything on the other end of the line.

this happens to me on my work phone which is very annoying.

I got two calls from this number today when I was not home.  The 1st message message asked for my sister-in-law or my brother by first name and distroyed their last name.  That is usually a clue that it is either a bill collector or a telamarketer.  The second call left a message and IDed themselves as US Bank and to call ext. 6008.  I called my sister-in-law, who lives 4 states away and has never live with me, to tell her about it.  She had no idea who they were but called them anyway.  The man who answered the phone would not answer any of her questions because she did not call from my home number... even though the messages specifically asked for her.  Go figure.  They want someone to call them from my number, which is what they have on their file.  Sounds way to fishy to me.  We'll both be calling the BBB Monday and contacting the Do Not Call list since we are both on it.

I got a call recently from this number, and as with the blogger on 7/3/2010, they were posing as US Bank, leaving me an urgent voicemail stating call back "Marco" as soon as possible.  When I returned the call, I didn't get Marco but another man that tried to pull up my account by my full name, but he couldn't from that.  So he asked me for my telephone #, and that didn't pull up my account, so by this time, I tell him I am uncomfortable with this call, and "can I talk to Marco".  He says "yes", puts me on hold for just about a minute, but I decide that this is not any number even close to any of those I have with US Bank and this is bogus; I hung up, deciding that if this was legitimate, "Marco" would call me back.  He didn't, and a phone call today to US Bank confirmed this is none of their numbers.  DON'T GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR NAME OR ANYTHING AT ALL.

Dumb a**, they are contracted. like most companies nowadays.  When they get over loaded with dead beats who don't theor credit cards they contract out an agnecy to help.  Get off the computer and get a job.
