    I get a call from this number at LEAST once a day. No one on the other end and after a couple of times saying Hello? the call is disconnected on their end. I don't get any information about who they are since the caller id shows TOLL FREE and since there's no human to ask them to stop, I have to keep filing complaints with DO NOT CALL. Even that isn't doing any good since they keep calling.

    Ok, it's Saturday 8:00am and the phone rings.  Toll Free 18003940368 appears on the caller id.  I reach over to answer the phone say hello and nothing on the other end.  I say hello a little louder this time and I hear a click.  The call is lost.  Yes, I do have a Continential Finance credit card.  They called me at work 3 times already to tell me my first payment is due on the 25th.....it was the 19th when they started calling.  Why do they think they have a right to harass me even before a payment is due.  They are a rip off and nuts.  They give you a 300.00 limit and issue the card to you with a 50.00 available balance.  When you go to active the card, they harass you to make the first time of 50.00.  I said if the payment is not due until the 25th, why do I want to pay it on the 2nd?  They let it go and activated the card.  Then, they keep calling reminding me that a payment is due the 25th for 50.00.  (Ok, call me the most stupid guy in the world)

    ya, they call like 5 times a day.  used to get calls from Cont. finance from a totally different number, then this one shows up!  Its amazing they can harrass you and get away with it!

    I got 8 today and I made my payment yesterday using their online system...Classy outfit. I'm not sure rebuilding my credit is supposed to suck this much!

    I gave them my cell number, and got calls at 12:15pm, 12:41, 1:57, 2:50, 3:50, 5:35, 6:10.  When I tried calling back, I got a "call forward" recording telling me to dial 10-10-15-800

    This company is horriable at harassing an individual, even after one gives them his or her money.  They want 50 dollars a month, which is crazy compared to other companines that charge 25; for those building up their credit. After I pay this off, I WILL NOT deal with Continental Finance EVER again. I will also be sure to let my friends, family, and co-workers know how unbelievable this company is with harrasment.  I can not believe they can get away with this...I would actually like to know how they do.  I would say calling someone every hour, or even every 30 min. all day, by far, is harrasment. I agree with Jake...real classy buisness you got going Continental Finance!!! :(

    They call me at least 8 times a day.  The earliest they actually have called me was at 7am....Go figure.  the latest I get a call would be almost 9 pm.  Ugh.....And it's a continuously annoyance by having my cell phone to keep vibrating every 20 to 30 minutes.  These people have no freaking LIFE!  Start harassing when people DON"T pay their bills instead of actually paying them.  OMG what a brilliant idea but a fat chance in the North Pole that would happen.

    Constant calls, no voicemail/messages are being left. We live overseas 6 hrs ahead of EST, so some of these calls to our Vonage (VOIP) number are coming at 12 midnight, or 2 am.

    We go to grab the phone, and no one ever is there.

    Others report that this number belongs to Continental Finance. We do not have and have never had a Continental Finance account, are not behind on any bills, rarely if ever use credit cards and currently have no mortgage. All our banking/bill payment/tax stuff is done online by us, or is handled for us by Deloitte and Touche in Chicago.

    We are also on the national Do not Call Registry, so are not sure why this company is permitted to kep calling, trying to sell us something, if that's what they are trying to do.

    They call I pick up and they dont say anything. Then they call agian and never leave a message. Also when I call the never pick up.

    They have been calling our phone and we have a block we can put on their number. Ours is paid off and they still call. Outrageous interest rates and they are a big rip off! DO NOT get a card from them.

    Harass my phone five minutes apart then half hour apart and I don't even use this company.  No one talks when I say hello.   Annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!  What they want I'm unsure cuz no one talks back.

    I had this card. I closed the account. They harass even when account is paid. I never paid late and they still call. Fees are through the roof! If you want to build credit, apply to Capital One. Much better company and they aren't jerks.
