Rec'd an Award Notification in Mail today 06/25/2010 - looks very official like a W-2 -
has the tel # 800 395 9576
alerting me that "They have been trying to notify me that I have an Award for 2 Round Trip Ailrine tickets - Has 'US Airlines/ fly the US Skies listed on notification. Clearly states this in a
NOTE: this is not a timeshare or land sales offer.  This is obviously some type of scam. Their return address is listed as:

Phoenix, AZ 85002
800 395 9576
Flight coupon looks like some sort of electronic coding....again., I would think a scam and I am not calling number. Report number to tel company and have it blocked.

Yes I think this is a scam as well.  That is why I plugged in the address to google and it led me to this site. When you call the number 866-391-0070, you get a FAX dial-up sound.  Also supposed to be worth 2  round trip US Airlines ( the company) tickets. And to concur the previous posting..the mailer looks like a W-2 or a 1099 form.  Interesting...Claim number is issued as well. Too bad it isn't true.

The number I'd like to report is 866-391-0070.  Phoenix Arizona PO Box 25007.  Supposedly a Travel Premium Awards Agency for 2 RT  US Airlines  ( with logo) air tickets.

I've also been getting bogus e-mails on my work e-mail address saying a won a Dell computer and to respond to some unknown e-mail with a false name attached.  When you try to delete the e-mail...it doesn't want to delete.  I hope it is not a virus so I suggest you ignore all free items such as computer systems.  I use a Mac Anyway.

They changed their number to 866-951-0128, same mailing address for >>Travel Premium Awards Agency. US Post Office should be given this info.
