called me at 8:14 am which im pretty sure in pennsylvania is illegal. repeatedly call all different times a day and never leave any messages.

They call my house phone at least 8 times a day starting at 0800 all the way up until 9PM! I've told them repeatedly to stop calling... to take our # off their list yet every day, they continue to call! I WORK NIGHTS & THEY DISTURB MY SLEEP SCHEDULE LIKE CRAZY! I can't take my phone off the hook in case of emergency for the kids so these [***] are killing me!!! WHAT CAN I DO??? WHO THE HELL ARE THEY!?!

They constantly call looking for someone who does not live in our household.  They start calling at 8:00 every day and it never seems to stop

I see the number on caller ID and take the phone into the bathroom and answer it close to the water in the toilet bowl then proceed to make a splash sound, a intestinal explosive noise and then a loud AHHH!!! Might flush if I know they are still there.  I know its childish & rude but WTF, they don't give a rats behind about their rudeness or constant calling so you call & ye shall receive!

They are a collection agency called Capital Management. They are probably calling to collect on a debt that you owe. If your number is a new one (like a cell), they may be trying to contact the person who had the number before you.

The Do Not Call list doesn't apply here because the calls aren't telemarketing. They are regarding business that you already have with that company or the company they are collecting on behalf of.

You can get the calls to stop by answering the phone, getting the name and address of the company (which they are required to give you by law) and telling the agent that you are requesting that all contact be done by US Mail. Then hang up on them.

Send a letter to the company asking that they not call you and that all communication be by mail. By federal regulation, they are then not allowed to call you anymore.

If you DO owe the debt and you don't pay it, they could pass it on to another agency and the process begins again.

if you have call forwarding, or better yet, selective call forwarding, simply forward this call to a non-working number such as: 999-9999 or something similar. they get the hint after a few tries. if you do owe something, they have to notify you by mail. You can either dispute the amount via certified return receipt within 30 days or request that they no longer contact you via phone.

I get a repeated phone call at around 9:00 AM and no effort is made to leave message. I am on the national no-call list and I still recieve the call.

This is crazy..... they are grasping at straws.....I got a divorice 10 yrs ago and these people just called my exhusbands house looking for my exBOYFRIEND that lives on the other side of the country how the hell they got the association is beyond me????????? WTF??

The problem is that in most cases, when you answer, THEY HANG UP, so how can you make them give you the info about their company!!!  Makes no sense to call and not leave a message, if they expect an answer they need to leave a message - better yet contact the person they are really looking for! No one in this household has a debt that is not current!  I've checked our credit reports to verify it too.  If you are lucky enough to have one of the bottom feeders leave a message for people you've never even heard of and you are stupid enough to call them back and tell them so, all that does is encourage them to call even more often!

I recieve calls from this # at least once a day, no message is ever left.

They call several times a day....Usually don't answer phone...Today got some young smart ass trying to argue with me when I said "No one named Pedro here!" Why doesn't Gov. do something with these people...I don't owe anyone any money...So don't know what they want.

Call me several times a day looking for a person I do not know.  I have told them several times to take my number off their list, but they keep calling, beginning at 8 am.

They call my sell,

I got a message on my cellphone's voicemail telling me that if I was not Marsha ***** to hang up and that by continuing to listen I was confirming that I was Marsha *****. Since it was my voicemail, I did not hang up and a whole message was left on my phone. I found out it was Capital Management services attempting to collect a debt. Since I have Google Voice for my phone, I marked it as spam and blocked that number. Of course now they started calling me from a different number which I have now blocked and marked as spam. I'm sure they will find another number to call me from. I'm an "off shifter" so I work a weird shift. Thus I sleep weird hours - or at least try to. This company is harassing me and affecting my sleep looking for Marsha and I have no idea who she is.
