Yeah, as soon as you are a week late they call constantly and I was told they will continue to call until you are current.  They call from different  numbers all day, sometimes as often as hourly, 10 times a day.  I no longer answer my phone unless I know the number.  Thank God for caller ID and voicemail!

It's understandable why they call, but it's excessive harassing calls. We know we are late on our car note. We've even contacted GM to make arrangements and set up a date to get a payment made. AmeriCredit was a much better company to deal with, too bad that had to resort with merging with GM Financial

They called me 3 times in 30mins, can there not be anything done about that?

A lady called stating call this number 1-800-411-2884 before 8 pm.  To call them for what.  I am getting so fed up with these scam callers.  If you are a genuine collection person, you need to send a letter stating what as a certified collection agency.   These are just crazy people preying on innocent working class citizens who are trying to be part of society and we are not setting ourselves for scums like these calls who are totally lazy to work to get $$

Left message to call with no reference to whom they are or what it is regarding. Mixed with all the heavy accented? Nationality "NOW, if you don't...all I can say is good luck!" BS. Total harrassment for issues resolved almost a decade ago.  Am I alone out there? How MANY times and years can a SMALL resolved debt be sold to these scum. I learned they buy them for 25 cents, so the cost to harrass us MUST be more. I guess the few gullible people out there (GOD BLESS THEM) who DO pay a fraudulent debt collector fund their efforts to keep on harrassing. Do you know the story of the elderly man who took his life because of these relentless scum? We need to get educated (myself in luded!), seek legal advise, AND FIGHT BACK!

Left a message to call number 18004112884, said to call this number, didnt say who they were. I guess its gm financial. I have a ten day grace period, car note due on the 16th, today is the 22nd...really? Not answering or returning these calls.

I’ve been called several times and no name on who to call back is left. Only to call by a certain time. This is harassment. I know I’m late but within grace period.

Keep calling,leave message telling me to call before 8 PM...no idea who they are...no names given,etc.

GM Financial, I don't know why you call when you can see notes of what is going on with my account.  Either you are not reading them or the customer service reps I have talked to are not entering anything in my notes.  There is no need to call everyday if you can see the date I gave in my notes for my payment.  I'm sure just like everyone else, I'm just trying to get by and raise a family, and provide for them.  And guess what, things come up that you didn't plan for.  Frustrating.

I'm 5 days past due on my car and I just checked my voicemail I have 14 voicemails and 13 from you stop calling me I dont have my phone set up to receive harassment from you guys I have paid my car payment on time for 5 years as if tomorrow and now I'm getting harassment from you all seriously I literally owe 3000 on my car left and you are harassing me get a grip!

The people (or robot) calling you do not check here for your posts and do not take requests in any case. I am sure you feel better after stating your case, so that is something I suppose.

FYI - No lender on car loans cares much about your past payment history - they don't waste any time in making payment demands, but 13 voicemails in one day might be illegal in your state, or at least worth making a complaint about.
