The number is from Risk Management a company that verifies suspicious credit/debit card or bank account activity. They spotted three unauthorized transactions in two of the financial institutions I bank with. The attempted charges were made with three different debit cards in less than 30 days.

Got a voice mail from this company stating that there had been suspicious activity on my debit card.  However, they had the name of the bank incorrect.  Decided to wait til tomorrow when the bank is open and call customer service.

States that there has been a breech on my debit card.
Ask if I made certain purchases.

800-411-8498 is legit. RiskManagement company. They called me on behalf of my credit union to verify a transaction.  I live in TX and someone had tried to process a $700 transaction at a Walgreens in Atlanta GA.  Purchase was declined flagged potential fraud, card suspended immediately.  Advised me that I needed to contact my bank to get a new debit card.
