still at it several years later. Call comes in from JP Morgan Chase, computer calling system. Say they are Chase Auto Finance, and get very short when you probe what they are calling about. Only want you to call them back.

This is Chase Bank, car loan department.  They are calling me about a car loan that belongs to my great nephew, who gave my number to them without my permission.  His mother has asked them not to call me and I also have told them not to call me.  I have told them I do not know where my nephew lives nor do I have his phone number.  I have nothing to do with this and I do not like their harassing calls.  I am a senior citizen and this is distressing to me since I am diligent about paying own bills.  I am again ordering them to stop their calls or I will file a lawsuit.

I don't know who they are but after reading above posts and other sites' posts it has to do with Chase Bank which I don't have anything to do with them or any type of loan (past or present) and they keep calling my cell phone which costs me minutes even if I don't answer because they leave an ongoing voice message each time they call which takes away from my alloted voice mail messages/usage.

I wish the idiots would stop!!!

They keep calling my number for my daughter who is away at college. If she calls them and gives authorization, they will talk to me, otherwise they are not allowed to discuss her business with me. They insist she gave my number. I know she doesn't have a car loan because her car was bought and payed for by me.

These guys are persistent and rude.   I've sent them many requests to quit calling and they don't stop.  I'm having my loan re-financed by another outfit so these Chase people stop calling me.

Marilyn from Chase bank called looking for a person named Russell...She said he has an unpaid auto loan. I told her I did not know that person...She was very respectful and friendly and promised to remove my phone number from the data base...She even wished me a happy weekend...

Contact an attorney about illegal debt collection.  It is illegal.  Here, it is a minimum of 1k $per offence. It will be no cost to you to sue them. They not only have to pay you the 1k,they have to pay your lawyer too. I personally have sued 10 of them.

they have called my cell repeated times and don't leave a message because I don't have my voice mail set up just so they cant use up my minutes.  When I answered It once they asked for someone I didn't know and I told them they had the wrong number and not to call again.  They still do

My tween got woken up this morning by this number and was very upset. She went back to bed and about 20 minutes later, the number woke her up again. After reading the comments I'm pretty sure it was Chase Mortgage. My tween has been getting a lot of calls from debt collectors, so this doesn't surprise me. But I hope these "Chase Mortgage" ppl will leave her alone

This is a fraud..saying they are Chase..I have a car loan from Chase..but Chase stop taking payments over the phone July 1,2017..these fools ask me to pay my car loan over the phone..I told them that Chase stop taking phone payments and fraud do not call my phone..and find some body else to play with.. and hun my phone up..I don't think they will be calling back..

Had to call this number back when I missed their call. Claimed to be Chase Auto Finance. Me being paranoid, I called Chase as soon as I hung up with them. That number is not registered to anything Chase in their systems.
