This is a legit number for VW Credit, not a scam, I just needed to pay my car payment.

SCAM!  They are trying to get your SS#.  Don't enter anything, and report the call to your local police.

I received this as well. This call is a scam!!! Trying to get your SSN!!!

Have received repeated calls from an unidentified number. Mostly no one there, once a recorded message from Volkswagon Credit saying to call this number back. The recording asks for an account number or social. I messed with the numbers for a while and got a recording saying that they were closed and to call back. I have no account with Volkswagon. This is a fishing scam.

Today by 11:30am, there have been 3 phone calls from 800-428-6050.  When I answered the phone, there was no one there.

I am on the do not call register.

no, i call that number once a month to pay my car payment. lol it's legititely a volkswagen credit number.

Not a scam at all. It is VW credit and you are probably have an issue with your payment.

See what happens? You get given adult devices and you get adults calling you. Try swapping your phone for a box of lego or some crayons instead - that should sort out the issue!

• Talking to someone on the phone
• Texting someone

Hi, I got the call from the same number today morning. I was not there in office. I would not call back either cos it has nothing to do with me when related to VW.

This is legit.. I have a leased Audi. VW, who owns Audi, is who I owe payments to. I've missed a payment and they're trying to get paid. So, this is legit.

i work at a vw dealership and they call me 10 times a day on the company phone and after I say the whole greeting I am required to say, they hang up.. frustrating to say the least.

I'm a 12 year old girl and I don't need anyone scamming me. I don't care who this person is but they need to shut up.
