I get calls from this number 4 and 5 times a day. No one is there and no one leaves a message.

It is a 47 year old man , who lives with his mother...

This is the case management department for directv (for repair issues).

Why would direct tv want to  sale my huband boxes  right after we just got new boxes

I got two calls in the last 4 days on my home phone and 1 call on my cell phone. I get a spoof number 6083716666 followed by 8004421635. First time  voice mail said it was "Brian" and I had 3 days to return a call or my case would be closed. There was a four digit
number assigned to my case. 3 days later same situation only this time "Brian" said he was with Direct Communication and I had four
days to respond or my case would be dropped.
I am now confident it is Directv since I have had their service for 3 weeks and have had to have a repairman her twice since installing it.
Also, they called my cell phone number which I have tried to keep private for business use. Directv does have my cell number. This just
reinforced the fact that it is Directv. Why don't they just say who and why they calling? I will follow up with Directv today!

I don't believe it is Directv at all. Just got a call from this number but I let it go to voicemail. The only word on the message said.....HELP..... Then he hung up. Stupid scam of some sort.

This is definitely the number for DirecTV's case management department. They're a higher level of tech support who deal specifically with customers who have had several technical issues which result in either a service call or replacement receiver in a short period of time. If you're not reached (or haven't called them back) within 5 days (not business days, either) your case is automatically closed out by the system.
