- AnnaClaims it is Pacage Express Couriers out of Boulder Co. Call this number and you must leave a message. Can't find them anywhere in reverse or yellow pages.
Any ideas anyone. Supposedly they have a package for me. Sensitive or fragile content.- Caller: Package Express Couriers
- MichelleSame here as Anna's comment.
- ChrisAsk yourself 2 questions:
1- Are you expecting any package or parcel that would require a signature?
2- Do you "OWE" someone that could be trying to locate you in order to confirm an address, employer or other contact info?
Some businesses specialize in locating people and they use "human nature" to lure people into contacting them. The best ploy is to "imply" that you have something of interest or value but need to provide contact info to get access to more details.
A legitimate courier service should be "easy" to locate and validate. If not, then be very suspicious!
I also received a letter, but I know there isn't anyone that I "want to hear from" that has anything to send me requiring my signature!- Caller: PECS
- KenGood Call chris, this is definately a scam or collection agency! I recieved a letter from the bogus agency myself. like you said, courier companys don't have unlisted #s
- TammyYep I got the same letter about a fragile or sensitive package. This is for sure bogus!
- "Juan"I got the same [***]. And the package weighs 4-7 lbs. It better be a bag full of money or else I ain't claiming [***].
- TracyI got the same letter and have been trying to find out if they exist. Can't find them anywhere. I agree with Chris.
I have no packages that I am expecting that would be sent from an unknown delivery service. Nor do I know anyone in Colorado. I tried to call and got a machine. I am not stupid enough to leave a message and you shouldn't either - StriderSame BS here, knowing my current situation I'd guess they're a collection agency or they work for them. I'll let you know if it turns out to be a box of money!
- AlexI just got the same 4-7 lb package bullsh**. Youd think they'd be a little more creative...It looks and sounds like sneaky sh*t. Like being broke isn't bad enough...
- Emily JaneBelieve me, PECS and the 1-800 are BOGUS! This firm is NOT a legitimate delivery service, but a cover for a vehicle repo service. They set up a special "two hour window delivery window" to make certain you're home so they can tow your car to the impound lot. My advice is to not acknowledge the toll-free call number and DON'T SIGN ANYTHING! Trickery -- what a lousy, unethical way to do business.
- Caller: PECS
- Call type: Debt collector
- TEDORepo service it is my car got reposed 2 days after I tried to call this f**** place how annoying this world is. Do not call this damn # back anyone it's all a set up
- Matt PIf you have recieved a letter from PECS, it means that you have not paid your car payment and the Repo Company is setting you up to be home at a certain time so they can take your car. Either sell your car now, file bankruptcy to gain more time or let them repo it. If you try and hide from them, they will become a pain in your a**.
- Caller: Package Express Courriers: PECS
- Call type: Debt collector
- SharonPECS sent a letter to my address, which my son, who is on unemployment, and broke, uses as his address....they have been trying to repo his car too.....I am forwarding this letter to the Attorney General's Office of my state (MN)....I don't think that it is legal to do this.....
