These [***] keep calling me even though asking for Franciscz J Sanchez.  I have had this phone for over a year and I don't even have and debt never had a credit card and have always paid with cash. Told them months ago I am not this person.  It hasn't stopped them from calling 2 to 3 times a day.  They need to stop before I pay them a visit at their office.

    contact them
This is how you can contact them. I suggest you
email them and call them 3 or 4 times every
day if you are not owing any money to anyone.
If you can drop in on them and give them a
    piece of your mind

They never called me until now. I received not one, but 3 calls within a 2 minute window! [***]! I have a cellphone. When I didn't answer, 2 more calls immediately ensued, only the caller ID reads "Unknown Name/Unknown Number"- Luckily, I have a 14kHz ring tone on my phone, so I can still hear my calls without the annoying conventional loud ring tones. I'm afraid to call them back, and I will not answer. I don't know why they have my number. They can call all they want - I don't have voice mail, so they can't leave a message and all they'll hear every time they call me is "Sorry, but the person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time. Please try your call again later". Ha! Ha!

I don't know what or who you want but it isn't me. You are probably looking for Fatima Martin and I have no idea who she is. If I did I would give you info on her. I have been getting calls for her ever since I got this phone in January. Please stop calling me!!

Company called Enhanced Recovery Services.. looking for someone who hasn't had this number since 2002.  Today I had a voice mail saying if I am not this person to ignore it.  So I ignored it and had another call this afternoon!  Idiots!  From now on I will let it go to voicemail, they can call all they want.

    These people wont give up
They have been calling my number for over 2 years now. I remember having a conversation with someone there a loooooong time ago and told them the person is not at this number. Dont expect it to end anytime soon so you might want to consider a change of number!

ERC calls numbers automatically and leaves messages with a number to call back. Their automated system also leaves partial messages on answer machines and voice mail. They continue to call even after they have been told they are calling the wrong number/person they are speaking with has never heard of debtor they are trying to contact. If your phone has an app BLOCK THE NUMBER they call from.

Get an address, write them a cease and desist letter and send it CMRR. If they continue calling, take a dated pic of each caller ID entry and turn it over to a lawyer after you get 10 or so calls. $1000.00 + lawyers fees in it for you. RE: FDCPA, or if you are in TX all the better lower fine but treble damages. Remember to quote TX law instead of Fed law (much easier to win).

    Here's a sample letter:

    Their Name and address

    Your name and address

    Dear Sirs,
My name is XXXXX. My phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. Your company has been calling my private phone number for several months (weeks?) looking to collect a debt from XXXX.

This is to inform you that this party is not associated with the telephone number you have on record.

Per the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act, you are hereby notified to cease all calls to this number. Be aware that the FDCPA has a provision for a $1000.00 fine per occurance for each violation of the act and I will take all legal means at my disposal to remedy this intolerable situation.

    Have a nice day,

    XXXXXXX

    Annoyed Person
They started calling my cell too. I didn't recognize the number so I checked here and glad I did. I'm on the verge of changing my number as I'm pretty sure Nuvell Finance (more pests who should be arrested) has something to do with it. I thought 3rd parties wasn't legal.

I have their number saved now in my phone and a silent ringtone and labeled "DO NOT ANSWER" assigned to them.

C&D letters are for dealing with collectors, but a good attitude is your best tool for dealing with a phone rep. I let ECR know I wasnt the one they were looking for but I stayed pleasant and the guy said he would delete my number. The routine goes something like this...
<Rep> we are trying to reach <name>
    <Me> Sorry, I'm not <name>
<Rep> Do you know <name> or how we might reach them?
<Me> I know 2 things, they owned this number before I did, and they owed a lot of people money. You are the 3rd collector I've had to talk to since this line was hooked up last week. I'm sorry I dont have their real number to give you!

This almost always works. A few minutes of diplomacy (and creativity ;) is worth many an uninterrupted dinner or nights rest.
