Comes up on my caller i. d. once or twice a week.  Today there was only a phone number showing; sometimes it includes Capital Management.  I do not know who these people are nor do I owe any money...I don't know anyone who does owe them money, and I am reporting them to the DO NOT CALL LIST today.

This # was on my cell phone (missed call) on6/3/09@1:25pm.I don't owe any money.But if I keep getting calls from collections people & telemarketing jerks on my CELL# I'll owe Alltel/Verizon!

I've had my phone number about 3 years and I keep getting calls for people I've never heard of..not sure if someone is using my number or if these guys have old old files

Canned message demands that a person call them back.  No such person lives here, but they keep calling.

I don't know why they are call me every day, sometimes more than once. And they won't respond to my answering thr phone?

I called the number back that had call me 800-463-9316 and reached a rep after being on hold for 2 mins. I asked what this was regarding and was told that they had a business matter that they wanted to speak with my husband. I asked what this was regarding and they would not answer me saying that legally they need my husbands permission to talk to me. I will not be calling them back. I feel this is just some type of scam.

Yep same here I answer and get a hang up.  I've reported to the national dont call list everytime they call and they still keep calling couple of times a week.  Wonder if we can keep a log of the calls and use an attorney to get a grand for every call they harass us with?

I got a call from this number at 10:43 last night....woke me out of a dead sleep.  Now I tried to call them back this morning....got an automated "hold for next available representative"....but then got cut off twice.  Massively irritating!

I get a call a couple times a day from this caller. No answer no message . want them to stop
