don't trust a company that says they can't give you a direct number back! also, if i call the "qwest customer service line" which they claim this is, it should come up on my caller ID but it doesnt. - wlhsame number just called here -- asked twice who she was with said she was calling on behalf of Qwest so asked her again what company she was with and then she said what sounded like focus -- told her I wasn't interested and to take us off their calling list and then I just hung up!!!
- sljohnson31This company misrepresents themselves as Qwest. When pushed, they say they are a "third party provider" to Qwest and try to pressure whoever is on the line to switch DSL service (and perhaps more, I don't know). When asked for a phone number, they resist, saying this is an outbound call center only. After asking for a supervisor, they give a customer service number, 877-427-8776 (number does not show up in online directories). The calls have been coming for 10 days now. Yesterday, I asked to be removed from the list. I just received a call less than 12 hours later.

- ConfusedMy boss informed me he received a call from this number with a message on the company voicemail asking to verify my employment. The caller represented his self as being from a Wakefield and Associates out of Aurora Colorado. I have not applied for any resent credit or any thing else that might require a verification of employment so now I am actually a little worried about what this might be about.......
- Caller: Wakefield & Associates
