Did you ever stop to think that there could be more to the underlying situation? Don't judge people!!! You don't have any idea what people are going through so before you make a judgement on them how about putting yourselves in their shoes for a minute. Its not like we go out and make purchases planning not to pay for them. I could pay MY bills if my employer would pay me. I work strictly on commission as a Travel Agent, but because the owner of my host company chose to build a 2 million dollar home in Florida, and put the company in a financial stress, I can't get my pay that they have owed me since July! They owe me over $3000, but until they pay me, I don't pay ccb!!!! Can't get blood from a turnip and sure can't get money from an empty bank account. Then on top of that - my husbands job is holding on by a thread. They have gone from 86 employees to 25 in 2 months. So put that in your pipe and smoke it Mr. Judge!!!! NO WE ARE NOT [***] as you say! Maybe you should look at yourself and pull that big ole piece of wood out of your eye before trying to get the splinter out of ours.

I get these calls all the time. there looking for someone who clearly doesn't even have this number any longer and they have been told this. but what they were not counting on is encountering someone with a legal background,and the fact that they have been told to remove my number beecause said party does not live here. But yet they keep calling me, so will see how funny this guy think it is when I sue him for harrasment.Called his house lol got either his wife or his mommy.and was advised I had better be nice if I show up at his office whats he gonna do KICK MY ASS???? I think not!!!

They left a mesage on my recording.  I called back it was not for anyone in my house hold.  I ask them to take my phone # off of their system & they would not unless I gave them my personal info.  Why would anyone give out there personal ????  I will not give anyone my personal info....

Received a call today from a Janice Thompson  Phone number 1-800-473-7885 extention 3540, asking for me, then she tells me that I owe $1,000 to wells fargo. I told her that I don't have any business with wells fargo. so she tryed to verify me with a address that didn't match and the last 4 digits of a social securtiy that didnt match. I told her it wasn't me and she said that I was breaking the law by not admitting that it was me.

I also had a car repo'ed by them after they failed to accept a past due amount arrangements. They backed out of a contract and the sale of the collateral nulls the contract. Its a security agreement and for me to make payments you must provide "consideration" one of the 4 C's of a contract. (Wiki contract law) Consideration is the collateral in question. Someone elase name is on that vehicle , if they charge this to my name thats conversion of goods and can be taken to civil court. I got the first call attempt by this CCB company today on a SUNDAY! FDCPA violation #1 used a spoofed number violation #2. NO INTIAL DEBT LETTER EITHER .They went straight to calling.So I looked it up here , laughed for a bit. Then called the number im suppose to call (using Skype :))  and asked if Mr. Fraud was there. I then explained he was under investigation for fraudulent conversion and is a class 3 felony. Folks bottom line is I pay for what i am provided. I dont pay for a car that I dont have. YOU DID THIS TO YOURSELF GMAC YOU DIDNT AGREE TO THE TERMS IN THE CONTRACT. Unfortunatly they are not at a loss like I would want them to be becasue in my 5 year contract they got all thier principal balance of the loan and 5 years of interest. have fun with you imaginary bill YOU WONT COLLECT ! Its fraud for one and the principal of the matter that you must provide goods and services if you expect someone to pay you for something. Have a great day! :D

collections agency have been calling my employment place for me. this is against the law, and ask them too stop, i havent gave them my work phone number so i dont know how they got it. but they need to stop calling my work place as i ask them.
