OMG!
I got a call from this place at 9:30 this morning. They wanted to verify who I was but wouldn't tell me who they were. I hung up on them. Very wierd because they called me by my maiden name which I haven't used in over 15 years.

They call everyday, I have never answered.  The national do not call list is the biggest joke, except for the rest of the government and all the people that work for it, of course.

I hung up on them.  They asked for my spouse who has never had the number I now have.

I received a call from this number today claiming to be FCS.  I asked them what that stood for.  They wouldn't tell me.  The guy wanted me to verify my DOB.  I asked again who was calling and they said they would move forward with providing me with that information as soon as I confirmed my DOB.  They had my birth year, and probably everything else too, but I refused to confirm anything and hung up on them.  I explained I am not comfortable giving out that information.

Got call today, first time. I just let it ring. Left no message.

These people called today and asked for my Father who has passed own. I am wondering what they are wanting?

Called me and  by telling me they are with some company called FCS that I would confirm my name and address. Discod and put on my block list.

I never tell fast talkers anything.  The lady who called me wanted to verify address.  As with others she wouldn't identify herself other than Angela with FCS.  Anyone who gets the call has a past due debt.  Mine is Windstream.  It's the only past due I have and it's not past due, now, but it was turned over for collection.  
go ahead and answer the phone.  Just don't answer questions.  That way, they will label your file and file it away.  They probably won't call again.  Or, tell them they have a wrong number.  The main thing is to get you file in the dead end file.

TIP:

1. Go get yourself a Google Voice phone number. https://voice.google.com.
Chose a number from your area code.
2. After you obtain your number forward all your calls through your Google voice number. (Make sure you select show callers number instead of show your Google Voice number in settings.)
3. Whenever someone who you don't want to speak to calls, login into your Google voice and in the drop down box next to the phone number (That you do not want calling) select BLOCK!  Everytime that number tries to call you from now on they will get the nice 3 tone: Do, De, Da & "We're sorry this number is no longer in service or has been disconnected."

Debt collector.  Wrong number.  DO call back, and make sure you get your number out of their files.

They keep calling and asking for someone else. I've told them they have the wrong number and they say they'll take me off the list. Then the very next day I get a call from them.

FCS collection service. Looking for someone named Frodo Baggins. Something about a delinquent account on a golden ring.

I  just got a call from this number, and I heared kids in the back ground, the girl was repetitive and just didn't sound professional at all.  She asked for the first two didits of the last four numbers of my social, she said she needed them to verify that she was speaking to the right person, and I just told her that I would call her company back to verify that iam speaking to the right people.

They told little rock arkansas. I have never lived or a had anything in Arkansas. They wouldn't tell me what it was about until I told them my social and date of birth. I said I will not until you tell me what this is regrauds to. They said we already have it but we can't tell you. The address they had was one I hadn't lived at in over 2 years. I said nope not until I know what this is about they said your being recorded I said so what I am protecting my identity

They called me and I was to busy to answer, they didn't leave a message.
