This number has called me twice. Left a message saying they were a debt collector. I've had this number for two days.

They have been bothering me for 4 months now! I shouldn't be the one they are looking for.

Have received three calls over three days from this number. Automated voice just leaves a broken voice mail with phone to call back and case number. Something about "business transaction" that is totally not regarding me.

Who is this calling me? I keeo getting calls from this number on my cell phone. what the heck!

I got a call from this number saying that they were Enhanced Recovery Corp (debt collector).  The message said it was a person named Chelsea but the rest of the message was computer automated.  Gave a number to call back and reference number.  The big problem was the "message" started before my voicemail so no way of telling who they were calling for.  Googled this "company" and turns out there are some lawsuits against this company and they have various 800 numbers that they are calling from with different stories.

Debra J Beirs (or Beers) does not live at my number and I've had it 6 years.
I'm tired of these collectors calling me at crazy hours.

Call came 11/11/09 8:41 PM asking for someone who does not live here. They said they has business with that person. I asked how they got this number they told me person gave it to them. I told them to never call again and remove our number from their list. I have seen this # on caller ID before but because provider not listed I would not answer. Last night husband said you might need to answer then just hang up. There was a silence and I was expecting a recorded message but a live person was there. I will totally ignore calls from now on. I am sure my asking them to never call fell on deaf ears from the comments I have read. If I get another call it will be filed with the Attorney General's Office in NC and FLA.

This debt collector keeps calling my dad's house asking for me.  I have know idea how they got my 70 year old father's phone number which is VERY upsetting for him. I have contacted them demanding they stop calling his house while I resolve the issue with the creditor, but they won't!

this person keeps calling my number, and they have been told repeatedly that the person they seek does not live here. What can be done to prevent these people from calling my number any more? Its such a aggravation! They keep asking for my ex husband he hasn't lived here in 20 years, they been told stop calling!

I wish the government no-call listing would shut them down. This is very intrusive.

I'm just a 16 year old with a cell phone and they keep calling me and asking for someone named Nora, I've been answering saying, "hello, welcome to mcdonalds would you like a big Mac?" they last called at 8:22 am...

Receieved a call from (800-496-4598) a pre-recorded voice message on 5/23/12 at 2:30P.M., it states that this is a debt collection call.  It is looking for someone  named Ceasar Fargus Lopez(?)  I don't know this person and my phone number is on the no-call list too.  Not sure how this company got my phone number.  It  is very very intrusive.  Annoying.  Wasting people's time and cell phone minutes.  Could someone stop this non-sense?  PLEASE HELP...

Hi all, if you noticed that this Caller ID: 800-496-4598 is starting to make more calls.  On 6/4/12, this number already called twice.  It is annoying and it eats up my cell minutes. It does not leave any voice message but it does use up your cell minutes and time.

Can some stop this no none sense.

It's making calls again...if anyone knows this phone number 800-496-4598.  Who are these people...what do they want from us?

Well I got this number for my work phone and ever since off and on I have gotten debt collector calls for the person that had the phone before me.  I told them once again to remove the number.

I just called the number back and got an automated directory, if you press "1" you can punch your number in and it will be removed from there system.  Give it a try.

I get calls from this number all the time for a debt that I do not owe.  In fact, I over paid on my bill twice and received two checks from the company for reimbursement for the overage.  I called the business who had issued the refund (AT&T) to me and they agreed I did not owe them anything.  However, once I was transferred to a supervisor who could help me, the supervisor immediately told me we could clear this up immediately.. I could pay them the money I owe.  I asked if she had been listening to what I was telling her?  I had to go back to the beginning and go through all the details with her again.  I do not owe this company anything at all.  She agrees that I was given a refunds for an over payments and there was an error for whatever reason in sending it to collections.  The amount the collection company is looking for:  You guessed it!  The exact amount of money they refunded me.

When the caller leaves the company name they speak so fast I couldn't understand what they were saying although the rest of the message is clear enough.  I spoke to them about a year ago.  I gave them the information and details of my refunds.  They promised to remove me from their list... Since then I think they sold the account again to yet some other collector. This is harassment!

Put this number on your reject call list on your phone.  They have been calling me also but never leave a message.  They call about 3 times a day.  I went through the same thing you did, called them, tried to tell them I don't owe them any money.  I just wasted my time.  Now when they call my phone never rings and the call gets forwarded to voice mail.  Even if they leave a message you can just delete it and they can no longer bother you!

This number calls at least 2 to 3 times EVERY day, never leave a message and I never answer, have no idea who they are.
