This is a robo call from a loan-services company. I declined the call and called back.

Lets get serious.  I have not called you.  I have not requested that you call me. This falls under the heading of harassing and badgering since my phones are on the FCCs Do not Call List.  STOP CALLING ME.

If you currently have a PennyMac loan and you list your home for sale, they will call you CONSTANTLY to tell you that "as a valued customer, we can save you money on your new home loan", since they're assuming you're going to be purchasing a new home. I told them I'm not interested in hearing what offers they have, but they just keep calling.

It is Penny Mac Loan Services and my loan was sold to them without my consent. The caller called my ex-employer and claimed to be Melissa at Equity Mortgage Company asking me to call back at 800-514-0427. The only reason I called back was to find out why they were calling my ex-employer. A new LOW in telemarketing Equity Loans.

Scam...they call my office asking for other employees within our office stating that they have been working with them.  Nice Try!  Another new low for telemarketers and those who work for them.

Somehow these people found out I am selling my condo and were trying to sell me a mortgage.  They are illegally calling me on my cell phone, and have been reported on the national do not call list.  Callers are from overseas (accent), and I told them they were in violation of the law for calling me on my cell phone, and calling a number on the national do not call list.  I could not understand the name of the company and had to ask the caller three time for the name.  Still don't know the name of the company that called

The called my cell phone, then immediately my work phone and did not leave a message on either.  The previous commenter says it is PennyMac, which I have my home loan through, so that makes sense that they would have both my numbers, they've been e-mailing me also to refinance.

Caller who stubbled thru the call said they were calling in behalf of PennyMac and would like to assist me in the loan process

LOL you actually think they do not call list works just install the call blocker app on your phone and everything that is not on your contact list we're going to voicemail problem solved

They called at 7:43 pm and left me a message that said they received a payoff request on my account but they would like to retain me as a customer. The only problem with this is that I paid cash for my house and my car, I never had a loan.  It’s a scam and they’ll say whatever they can to try to get you to call them back.

I got 2 missed calls from this number today to my cell phone & no voicemail was left. Caller ID showed only the number. I have blocked it.

Called from a local spoofed number and said they were calling for PennyMac Loan about benefits on my loan. Then left this phone number to call, which is NOT a phone number on paperwork. PennyMac refused to answer questions; said they have lots of numbers and to call the number back. Yeah, right!!!
