Capital Management... They do collections for credit cards etc. One of them is for CitiCards

this company is unproffessional and stupid. they call my relatives saying I gave them the number as a work number did you know you can pay your original creditor without any harrassing collection agency. call them or send them a leeter i did it. As they people are not fit to talk to

Got a call from this number today.  I answered it, but there was just static on the line.

they keep asking for Sa'hid....im not from India...nor am i a guy.....WTF????????

They either call every few weeks, close to 9 am EST or during the day while I am at work and leave messages on my answering machine. They are trying to reach my neighbor but no matter how many times I tell them that I live next door to him and ask them to stop calling my number they still call me and/or leave messages. They must search his last know address and then call me even though my number has my name attached to it and not his name.

gets calls all the time but do not leave a message at all, if they can not leave a message i will not answer the phone.

I have gotten calls from this company looking for Tisha McCloud and Patricia Herman for at least 2 years and also 5 years all together looking for Tisha McCloud.  I have told them repeatedly I am not this person and they pay no attention.  The company calling is Capital management and I have gotten bills for Patricia Herman from Citi Bank and know they work for Citi Bank.  

Their calls are a recording that says they are looking for Patricia Herman, "If you are not Patricia Herman answer this call and hang up.  If you don't we assume you are Patricia Herman".  They identify themselves as Capital Management and give phone number to call. l I have a couple times called and told them but they ignore and keep calling.  At one point last year when I answered they wanted me to give them the last 4 digits of my social security number.  I told them no I never give any of it out.  They then asked if the numbers they gave me over phone are mine.  I said no.  They called back next day and said if I'd give it out (last 4 digits) I could verify it isn't my SS number.  I told them no.  I need this stopped.  5 years from different collection agencies looking for these 2 people is beyond harassment.

If you have record of all the calls and proof you have told them you are not the party they are trying to reach, you can sue them (FTC law). It sounds like they would owe you a lot of money for harassment. Contact an attorney.

This company or individual is abusive. They call all day long & early & late & don't realize that people have a phone for their own convenience. We transact business, talk with our families & make appointments when needed or call for help when needed.  No message is left & THEY continue to call & harass people.

They keep calling me.  Several times a day.  I don't pick up and they don't leave a message.  I am getting really annoyed.

Capital Management Services  called saying they were with Citibank and the represent the "problem" I have with Citibank.. Call being recorded... bla bla bla...  I don't do business with Citibank...  They wanted me to confirm my address, told them if you have anything to tell me to send me a letter and hung up on them.... WTF.....

Called saying this is (did not understand him as he spoke so fast) and we are on a recorded line (as if that is going to scare me), asked to speak with ____ (me);  I said Yes,  is this ______, I said YES... He said, am I speaking to ____ , I hung up...  I told you once already it was me.. what the heck do you want from me?!!.......

Never left a message.....just blocked them

Got a VM on my home office # from a guy who identified himself as "Nick Stiller" and left a robotic message for my wife, calling her "regarding James Eckleheart" and left a 8 digit numeric id to reference when calling back. We have no idea who this Eckleheart character is, nor how this Stiller guy got our #. I didn't bother calling back.

I just googled the number because they sent an envelope to my house for a former tenet. So there it is.

Just got a call from this number. I did not answer and they did not bother to leave a message. I have been getting so many calls from 800 numbers and everything in between. I no longer answer my phone unless it is family, my doctor or personal friends calling. All their numbers show up on my Caller-ID. Anybody trying to reach me with business that is legit would have my address. Write me a letter stating your business. All others will make the mistake to reach me by phone. They are wasting their time.

As everyone said, Capital Management...they've been calling me for weeks but never leave a message. I know it isn't for me, as I don't owe anyone anything and I check my credit report regularly so I know it isn't someone trying to use my info. I got sick of it and finally called back. Turns out this call, at least, was legit...they were looking for the guy who used to live in the upstairs apartment of my duplex. I guess we're listed as being at the same address, so they thought I'd be able to get them in touch with him. He was evicted in January for not paying his rent, and we weren't friends, so I couldn't tell the woman where he is now, but she was actually very nice and promised to take my number off their list. We'll see if that happens, but this isn't the first collection agency to call me looking for that lowlife and all who promised to remove me seem to have done so. I'm not sticking up for bill collectors in any way, but there are people out there who are bigger scum than the collectors, and I think this is that kind of case.
