received call, did not answer, no message left

i get relentless calls from this number. we are on the do not call registry.  when i call this number back, it comes up "no service" WTF!?

I have received a call from this number early today. When I tried to return the call, an announcement stated to call 1800927talk for an exciting conversation.  That was weird.

When I answered this yesterday, they told me it was Chase calling for a customer satisfaction survey.

This call is from TRC they have a direct phone number which is 1-215-641-2241 Supervisor is Jessica Derr

I keep getting calls from this number. I don't know who it is. They leave no message. When I do answer, there is no one on the other end. Very irritating.

I posted a for sales ad in Craiglist.  Immedialtely I got a call from this number 760-705-8888  this guy sound with a very heavy Indian accent and asked me for my cell number.  I gave it to him,  While I was on the line with him he texted me with a verify code xxxxx and asked me to read it to him.  I did.
His texted from 951-261-5910.
20 mins later I received a call from 800-522-9841 on my cell. I answered no answer.  Message is silent.  

Do know what next!!

I got a call from this number and answered. They said they were doing a customer satisfaction survey for our insurance company.
