Why

Was called from 866-2731-664? and told it was a call from Contact Resources and that i should call 1-866-273-1664 right away. i called, was asked for a reference number which i was not given and then asked for my phone number. i was speaking to Nikita who was rude and eventually hung up on me. She said my phone number was not on her list. If someone was calling me and telling me they were representatives of her company and they weren't I suggested maybe they should be concerned that someone was using their company name fraudulently and they might want to do something about that. And that's when she hung up! Here are the phone numbers: 1-866-273-1664 originating call; 1-905-8106 x1206, Dave Finn, manager, and 1-800-545-1904, x1206, Dave Finn, manager. What was that all about I wonder?

In my opinion, you should not use Broadway Moving and Storage as a moving company (http://www.broadwaymovingandstorage.com). I used them and really regret it. You should just use a different mover. Not only does it seem that they are more expensive per pound then most places but about half of my furniture was damaged in the move. They also gave me a different quote over the phone and failed to get the shipment to me on time. This part would not have been so bad if they had just called to let me know what was going on but once they got my money it seems that they did not care. Besides the pricing issue and the damaged furniture, they clearly cared only about the money. Broadway moving is part of Allied (allied.com), who only refunded us a fraction of the value of the damaged furniture. Just use someone else and save yourself the hassle. Ticket # 66215026C002319

CRS collection Agency are way out of line with their tactics. Reply to the manager directly and let him know your feelings on his harassment , and to cease and desist any further contact , or he will be reported to the authorities. He is on FB and Linkden..  Post this info where you can so he knows how we feel.
