Calls 2-4 times a day does not leave a message.

Unwanted, on my wireless.  No message.

Keeps calling all hours and hangs up when it gets my answering machine.
I called 1-800-556-0011 number on my caller ID and was connected to someone named LINDA in Billing at DTE. She said that it is Telemarketing calling for DTEs HOME PROTECTION PLUS for APPLIACNES plan.  She said she will give that department my info to take my number of their calling list, but refused to give me their direct number so that I could do it.

It is not very professional for a company such as DTE to repeat call a number at all hours and not leave a message when prompted, though I see from this site that its common for them to do so.

Keeps calling and never leaves a message.  When I finally answered the phone there was nobody on the line.  They call constantly and won't stop.  Found out who they were through this site.  What a bunch of garbage.

this is p.......me off call interruption's by this # no one there. all hour any day, Wheres the "do not call" bureaucracy? Just a big smoke screen of some sort. I shall NEVER  buy anything I don't absolutely have to have from DTE

Are tere any attorneys out there who would like to jump in on a class action against DTE harrassment?

We have received 7 calls in three days.  We are ulisted (all numbers are for sale).  We would like these calls to  S T O P .We renew the "Do not call list" each year (six months ago), and again two months ago due to a co. who would not give up  The stated we would be removed (it would take a couple of weeks-which is understandable; however this is ridiculous).  Any help would be appreciated!!!!!!  I work from home-annoying

I'm so thankful I found this site because the calls just never seem to stop! I had no idea what was going on.

I pay my bill on time every month, why do they keep calling?  Has anyone spoken to anyone at this number?  Are they bill collecting or soliciting?

I've asked them on two previous occasions not to call.  I haven't answered the latest set, but I have been logging all the calls they've made:

I sent an e-mail to their customer service, but I don't know if that will do any good.

Since I have to buy my electricity and gas from them, I have a pree-existing commercial relationship with DTE. As such, the "do not call list" doesn't apply. Yes, it is frustrating. Bad war-dialing software design -- they should at least leave a short message.

Isn't there a way with the cell phone companies to block this number from getting through to your cell?

Maybe if we start calling the CEO of DTE on a regular basis he will do something about it...... Tony Earley is his name.

I Started getting these calls as well, and although the DO NOT CALL list does not apply if you have a prior relationship, if you ask the company directly to put you on their do not call list, they must do so.

These calls seem to come in spurts.  They call several times in a short period of time (few days) and then don't call back for months.  I'm glad to find this site to know it's DTE.  I, too, use DTE for natural gas so I now understand why the Do Not Call list doesn't apply.  I'll just continue to ignore the calls.  Caller ID is a wonderful thing!

DTE trying to sell an appliance protection call.  Every day they call at least once.  No message.

Stop calling my cellphone

I just called the number back - i asked them to take my number off their list. He was very nice - took 30 seconds.
