How does these people get your personal information. Call and stated someone is using my ss# and personal information to get a loan.

I had them call saying i had taken a payday loan in 2013 with a company I have never heard of and trying to collect $400. I checked with my prior financial institution and they cannot validate said transaction. The bank said they were scammers.

Didn't answer. Left message from CFG for  (no one because the automated message didn't add a name) with case number nothing (the scammer forgot to add this too). Repeated the message 3 times. Yeah...not calling this one back.

called said leading to a law suit if I don't return call! I don't owe anything so how can a law suit be filed This place has called several times I asked them not to call they are scammers tired of hearing their message!

They called me two times -- said they were looking for "my name" with a social security number I've never heard of.  My sister in law has the same name, different spelling ... figured they were looking for her.  Love the fact that there are countless creeps out there trying to rip people off.

Its a debt collection service and (I suspect) a scam.

I have a new phone number , I have been receiving multiple debt collection calls for the previous owner of this phone number.

These guys are different, they gave me the name AND THE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER of the person ( I just bet he loves  that )and then asked me for MY name and MY social security number.

Dont call back.

I just got the same message.  scammers!!!!!!

They called trying to tell me i had a case number against me.  little did they know I am a police officer so once i informed them of that they hung up

Just got a call from this same number, said that they had a bad check from me written on a bank in 2011 that i have not dealt with in over 10 years, had my social and address. Told them to send me documentation so I could forward it to my lawyer and file defamation of character suit.

I'm going to try that! haha

Getting robo-calls for someone else leaving voice mails (I don't answer it) almost daily.  Sometimes they use a name, sometimes that part of the call is dead air.  Saying something about personal banking information.

They left message on my phone. What idiots and their scam. Need to call back with another scammer's message like one from Rebecca Crosby  and harass them.

Robot msg said that had personal banking gave me a file#  left this on my vm said if I was still listening that I acknowledge there call  it's an answering machine what idiots wish could block # from land line
