Report a phone call from 800-565-1524 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- SYRecording. I waited, said something like "this is a call for..." then nothing. I'm sure if I had stayed on there would
be more automation. But I hung up.- Caller: 800 Service
- SadieActually SY if you had waited there is nothing more. Every time I have answered this number a voice says "This is a call for" then the line goes dead.
- BobI've been receiving the same harassing "this is a call for... [hang up]" calls, so I called back. It apparently belongs to some kind of collections agency, I couldn't make out the name the guy said. Despite being wrongly identified (or not, since no one actually said my name), the calls still came, though!
Report them to the FCC using their easy-to-use "FCC Consumer Complaints" page. The more people that do it, the faster they are investigated for their tactics (especially with the ridiculous number of false-positives coming from their automated dialers). Just do the following (1) select "Telemarketing, Prerecorded Messages and Do-Not-Call", (2) select "'Abandoned Calls' ('Silent Calls,' 'Dead Air Calls' from a telemarketer) and 'War Dialing' received on your residential or business telephone", and (3) fill out the provided online form. Voila! Once you've submitted the information you've done your part to getting back at these harassers. - BobCalled them one more time, the number belongs to the "Enhanced Recovery Corporation" with a record of harassment online.
- Caller: Enhanced Recovery Corporation
- JohnI called them and they claimed I had an outstanding debt with AT&T. I have AT&T for my home and mobile service and AT&T has no record of any outstanding debt. I am guessing this is a scam...
- Caller: Enhanced Recovery Corporation
- Angelina M TaylorAt least two calls a day everyday. Same as other people report. This message is for and then nothing. I leave it on to use up their time. It ties up about 1 and a half minutes.
- Bartley GreenPlease help us to stop receiving calls from this number. Very disrupting to our family life. Up to 3 times a day.
- hfbmI am getting calls from this number every day around 8am and sometimes 2x/day!!! Thanks for the info on reporting them to the FCC. Will go do that now.
- DaniI get a call from this number twice a day. Everytime I pick up I get NOTHING. No voice, no recording, nothing. I am getting really irritated!
- rickWe received a phone call from this company On Thanks Giving day. This is ridiculous and I am getting sick of this. I tried to call their corporate phone number and goes to a voicemail (800) 617-0049. I am going to follow the recommendations to file my complaints and also take this to the General attorneys office. I am going to find out who is the debt supposedly owed to and will complaint about them also so like I at least have an idea what his scam is all about. I am getting sick that companies like this get away with not following rules, but if we break them then we would get in serious trouble.
- Caller: enhance recovery
- AlfredThey call ALL THE TIME - We have no debt owed and it drives us crazy. I followed the suggestion above and filled out an on-line complaint. It is fast and easy and everyone should do it EVERY TIME they call.

- Caller: wont identify themselves
- JonFiled a complaint with the FCC and Missouri Attorney General (No call law)
- JonFiled another complain with the FCC, another with Missouri No Call. I hope they get plenty of fines for this.
- FranSame comments as everybody else. I tried to call them over and over and same recording. I tried to leave some messages not knowing if they get them or not.
I also left my number for them to remob=v from they calling list.
What I suggest, since they call from an 800 number, is to do what they do. Call them over and over and keep their line busy. They should pay since it is an 800 # and when their costs will be higher than the expenses they should stop their scam.
SO CALL THEM ON THEIR 800 # NON STOP - JonI have left an FCC complaint and a Missouri No call complaint every night since Nov 28.
- AJThese people are harassing my 84 year old grandmother late at night... they should be put behind bars. If anybody has anyway to find them, stop them, and have them severely punished, I am willing to pay!
- Bothered in TexasThese sacks of [***] keep calling my elderly parents looking for someone they don't know. They also call from 800-565-1368 about 2 times a day. I just called them asking them to stop calling my folks and was told it will take up to 48 hours to remove their number. Good suggestion from Fran about calling them to remove your numbers from their call lists.
- Caller: Enhanced Recovery Corp.
- AlfredThey called again! Same thing - "This call is for........" Then hang up.
I reported them again using these directions -
