zombie debt collector. robo call..tells you not to listen if your not the person they are calling for and then tells the person to listen in private. Phone intimidation and terrorism.

Received message on my voice mail from this number, says its a debt collector and asks for my name, only backwards ex: mr. smith john, and says to hang up if this is not that person, all in a robot voice, and its hard to understand most of what they are saying. I have no outstanding debts, and figure its some scammer . If I called them back they probably would ask for more info like ss # , ect "so they could lookup the debt" and then steal my id

I got the same thing today from the same number, same Carlos Valenzuala, and I called them back and the first thing thye said they wanted was my birthdate.  I said, I have no debts and I wouldn't give them information and he suddenly hung up on me!

Got my second call from this number today. The calls were 7-10 days apart from each other but were the exact same message (verbatim). Just as "mr ed" describes above, it's a robot voice claiming to be "Carlos Valenzuela" from "USCB Debt Collections" after first using a scare-tactic stating "if you are not Mr Last First Middle-Initial, hang up, otherwise do not listen to this message in the company of others" etc. etc. (again, all in a robot voice).

Calling the number would be a clear mistake. I have no outstanding debt.

Nothing new here, but I got the same exact message from the same exact person, of course starting out as a robot and saying to hang up if not  Mr. "So and So". It then goes on to give that information to whomever would stay on the line or listen to the voice mail.
I don't know of any debt I have and seems like the worst method of trying to collect a debt with an automated service that discloses your alleged info if there was any.  
Be cautious, and per banks, never give info to people.

I received a call about 20 minutes ago.  I listened to the voice message and it is what was described above.  You can register any of your telephone numbers at:  DONOTCALL.GOV & report any unwanted telemarketing/harrassing calls.

I get calls daily from this number, mostly from Carlos Valenzuela. I called them back and they told me they're trying to collect a debt related to my health insurance carrier. Then they mentioned it was for charges incurred my daughter, but she's not on my policy anymore. When we finally figured it out, they apologized and told me they wouldn't call again, but they've been calling every single day since then. Since I was home today, I answered the call and it was a recording telling me to call them! Forget it. I'll just ignore them from this point forward.

Stop Call me. It is fraud, intimidation and terrorism!

Call audio breaks up - sounds like a cell phone operating in the backwoods somewhere...

Google 800-575-5076 and you'll find this guy is all over the place.

It is from Kaiser, or the company they send collections to.

At least not entirely a scam.  They got called by Kaiser to collect a debt from me.  Speaking with Kaiser, they said "Yes.  It's a collection agency of ours."  Take care

It's an automated system saying if it's not you to call a number and if it's you to go to a private place so no one can hear.  Really weird.

You need to watch out for thse  morons ....I owe $ 125.00 for kaiser when i went to emergency and my insurance cover 90% the 10% i had to pay ...Which i did i have cancelled checks ....These morons sent me a bill for $ 125.00 plus their interest total $ 128.56......The bill was already paid ...These low life morons are committing fraud ...They don't even bother to  check with kaiser about this bill .....They tryed to get more money out of folks  !!! These are nothing more than a bunch of low life cockroaches  !!!
