calls daily   does not identify who is calling or why

Never can hear them well, they mumble that they are RBS or something - something about a confidential commercial matter - won't talk to me - only some one else in household, but I will never let them through - they say they want to confirm address to talk t someone.

This is a bill collection agency, they are trying to collect medical payments from Northwestern Hospital.

Correct this is "collection agency" to collect medical payments from Northwestern Hospital. This company seems to be based somewhere in India.

it was some guy "Gary" that called me, wouldn't say why he was calling. He did nothing but ask questions. Do not answer the questions ask questions back.

I have been getting calls from this company for a while now. I answered today and was told that I have a debt with a local hospital and it needs to be paid off today. I said I could do a payment plan but the guy seemed sketch. He had a really thick accent that I couldn't place, and wouldn't directly answer my questions. Is this a legit company? The payment amount they said they could do per month was ridiculously low. No other collection company I have worked with has agreed to something that low. It made me suspicious so I hung up.

This number had a 011 Country code in front that showed up on my phone. I don't know why they are calling but they keep asking to speak to the parents of my husband. When I tried to inform them that he was married and could I help them blah, blah, blah, they wanted me to verify my address, DOB, kids names etc.  I hung up.

Called the number back. I could barely understand the guy, had a thick middle eastern accent. Gave a "generic name" and asked for a reference number. Mira-Med must be selling accounts.

The caller with English accent asking me for my DOB and wanted to discuss a private matter.  I told him that I'd not give him my personal information and have nothing to discuss with a stranger.  He then told me to check my mail box and hung up.  I called him back and asked him if he would like to talk with my legal counsel.  He replied "yes".  I asked him for his company name he said:  "M2 Revenue".  I believed this company runs business for the so-called "C. An.  anes.  Services in SF with all kinds of illegal med. billings, extortions, etc.

They should be reported to the FCC, Inspector General, FBI and the likes.
