I didn't answer my phone, but they left a voicemail saying MY name and telling me it was an "important business matter that pertains to you[me]" and to "please have the courtesy" to call them back.

Same as last poster. Leaves a message saying to at least hac the courtesy to call them back!  They've got to be out of their damn mind if they think I'd call back. I mean really, let's make assumptions before even TALKING to someone. And btw, it was the 1st call i've ever received from that number.

I, too, have received a call from this phantom company.  I returned the call and asked for their address and fax number and they WOULD NOT give it to me.  So I found it on my own.  For all you would-be victims out there, you can write to First Credit Services, 1 Woodbridge Ave Suite 410, Woodbridge, NJ 07095 and fax them at 732-726-6497.  We need to start fighting back so these scammers will be put out of business.

    Me too
I just got this same phone call with no name attached to it. However, they did NOT leave me a message. I wish I had paid attention to which one of my work lines it came in on. I wonder if they will call me back. I am certainly NOT calling them back!

I have been getting phone calls from this number for more than two months.  They call up to three times daily monday-friday from early in the morning to late at night.  I have never called back and I have blocked them from my cell phone.  All this does though is hang up automatically when they call but I can still see that they are calling.  It bugs the hell out me and I wish that there was something I could do to stop it!!!  What can I do??  They should be fined for disrupting people this way.  Its sort of like terrorism for lack of a better word.

    Angry EX-Golds Gym Memeber
For all of you that have been called by this company they are a collection company for Gold's Gym.  It looks like Golds gym is struggling to meet their numbers so they are sending collection people after your late payments or canceled members ships without a writen notice.

    Not a Gold's Member
I have been getting calls from this number for a week now.  They claim to be collecting a debt for a GOLDS GYM membership.  They will not tell me when this account was opened and why I would owe them $140.  I have never had a Golds membership.  I have reported them online to the FCC
    http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm?sid=d1e408&id=d1e456

I suggest you do the same to get them off your back, and perhaps shut them down.

I got a call from these people asking for "John Straton" saying that it was a personal matter. When I pick up, they would hang up, and sometimes they would stay on the line and I pressed two, then three, to let them know this wasn't that persons phone (Cell phone) and I remained getting these calls. When I finally got sick of it about two weeks later, I got hold of a representative, the lady was really shady and weird. She was super rude and asked whose phone number it was...I told her that this wasn't that persons number and that I had been getting called six times a day...she asked what my ACTUAL name was and I only gave her my first name. She asked me how long I had had my cell phone number and i told her it had been a number of years. She then went on to practically yell at me and say "Well, we have YOUR number on file, so we will call your phone company to make sure this is really you." How the hell shady is that?! So as soon as she hung up on me (and she literally hung up on me), I called my phone company to find out if they would give out any information of the sort, and she reassured me they wouldn't. She also put a block on the number so they couldn't harass me anymore. Be careful, don't give any personal information...the phantom callers refused to tell me who they were and what company the worked for.

    Harassed Person
Call them back using SKYPE since it's untraceable.
Do what I do.  I call them back 10 to 15 times a day and put the call on mute.
It's called pay-back.  If they are going to continually harass me, then I am going to harass them.

They constantly call, and leave no information, but they call at least 8 times a day, then I am going to call them back and do the same.

This harassment has got to stop!...

So, I would encourage everyone to call back from any other phone source than your own.

It's a collection agency for Gold's Gym. Don't try to deal with these blood sucking leaches. Just call Gold's Gym and have them fix the issue. I had an account with them and I canceled it 6 months ago. They told me I have a balance of $100+. They never sent me a bill, letter, or even called me to inform me of a balance. Just call the corporate office at 866-465-3775 x4 and tell them they are idiots and demand to remove the balance or they will have a lawsuit on their hands. Worked for me!!!!

Call them back from your computer!
I call them back from an unlisted number, or by replying from my phone which makes it come up as unknown or you can call using Skype.
Call them back often! When you hear the recorded message, punch in 3# and leave phone on mute.
And then keep calling them back.
    I call back 10 to 20 times a day.
I call them back as much as they call me.
If we can get enough people to call in at the same time, they might just give up call harassing us with all of their calls.

    Payback is a b$#ch!

    Don'tBeHarassed!
I call them back as well from an unlisted source, and I call them back several times a day.  They have called me and called me and called me.  When I call back and give them information, they say I am someone else.

So I am going to harass them just like they harass me.  Each time they call me, I call back from an unlisted source, then hit 3 and then # and keep the phone on mute.

And I do this over and over.  I have already told them that if they keep calling me, I am going to call them 10 times the number of times that they call me.

I refuse to be harassed by these unscrupulous individuals with no morals.

I just received a flyer over our fax machine for a National Health Care Plan special rate if we replied to this number.  Please do not fall victim to these companies.  They are not through legitimate health care companies and will take your money with little coverage!!!

I received  call from this number. The caller just left the 800 number to call back. When I called them back from an unlisted phone, the posed as a collection agency for Gold's Gym trying to negotiate a deal with me. As per my 1 year contract with GG, I have paid all my dues for one on time and canceled the membership at the end. I explained them but they were abusing me and hung up the phone at the end.
