They almost always call and hang up - but they call again every week or so, Lord knows why!

I was called by 866-530-3819, the "message" implied that if I didn't hang up immediately, I was admitting that I was "XXXX" (very hard to understand name, was not anyone in my home or that I know), I was then advised to call "FMS" (also garbled) Financial at 1-800-580-7611 and talk to Walter Smith. I have Googled FMS financial, and both phone numbers; they are clearly all tied together, and there are innumerable complaints at both phone number sites. I consider this criminal behavior, and suspect it is some form of phone "phishing" to try to get some financial info from you. Don't answer, don't call them. If anyone knows how to get this to stop, please let me know. When I Google Walter Smith linked to FMS, I get the same links to phone numbers above, and one more it looks like. I suspect they also cruise these complaint sites to see if there is more info they can get-I wouldn't recommend putting anything that might make you recognizable to them on complaint sites either.

They often call the number where I work. The message says they are calling for some business, but i can not understand who because it is an automated voice reading an abbreviated name. After several of these calls, I pressed one to talk to someone as instructed and tried to tell them that this is not the right number. The first time a lady answered and assured me that they would not call again but still they kept calling. The next time a guy answered and was very rude to me. I asked him not to call here and told him that I had already asked them not to call. He became very loud and disrespectful to me saying that I had never asked them not to call. And then hung up with me.

They just keep calling about past due monies....I have more than a top credit rating.

If your right to privacy is being violated, I suggest contacting your state's attorney and inquiring if you can bring a telephone harassment lawsuit against these people. I know of a successful personal lawsuit for just that, and the plaintiff was awarded $7,000.00. Remember, your state's attorney is an elected official paid by your tax monies. Given the number of people complaining about this company, think of the potential monetary damages to them. Worth a try...

These people are calling and calling but I don't know who they are. I want them to stop calling me.

They constantly call my work cellphone, never leaving messages. My coworker told me that there are scams out there that will charge you just for answering the phone crazy so i dont take the chance. i googled the number and i found all the complaints from you guys...this is really annoying

They call all the time asking for some person, this is a cell phone, how many times has this number changed hands...I thought about calling them back and telling them this person is deceased or something...but instead they are on my DNA (do not answer) list.

This outfit calls my 87 year old sister all the time.I have told them to stop calling.No good.

1 800-580-7611 calls at least one time per day with automated message.  I added the # to my cell phone address book so I know not to answer.

I get a call from this number once a day and it's been 2 months now. I just don't pick it up as I've added this no. to my address book and named 'spam'.
