I'm getting calls from this number and all it says is "TOLL FREE -"  
That being said I had Empire do the floor in one of my bathrooms. The quality is adequate, but not what I expected from the sales pitch. Additionally, when the workers removed the toilet and placed it in the bathtub they did NOT take enough precautions and scratched the brand new acrylic tub. Cost to repair the scratch was $99! The workers also felt they had to remove the smoke alarm in the hallway outside the bathroom and without consulting me as to how to properly remove it they did it on their own and broke the locking pin. I've been getting calls from this number three nights now, all after 8:30 pm.   If I wanted something, I would call THEM.  I wish they would quite calling me.  If it's of any value to me, then leave me a message and I'll call them back.

I called Empire flooring yesterday to ask about replacing tiles in my bathroom due to their error 5 years ago.  They lifted and replaced my toilet, and according to my real plumber, they but did not do it correctly.  It is now leaking into my kitchen from the upstairs bathroom.  They no longer have my flooring available and I will have to replace the entire floor.

Now I am getting crank calls from that number.  I asked the woman at 1-800-588-2300 to have a manager call me about the damage. Someone named Megan called me on my cell from that number wanting to know where her installer was.  Then a guy called me from that number looking for "Susan" to explain that he was late.  Then I had two hang-ups.  All within a a few minutes.  I will be filing an official complaint with the building contractor division, the Attorney General, and whoever else in the state of Oregon will listen.
