Called and left msg that electricity would be off.

Left message that my electricity would be shut off for one day next week. I don't have NStar, and they were calling the wrong town.  Wow.

i returned the call after seeing it is an Nstar #. Auto menu advised to call back during biz hours.

Call was from NSTAR Residential and left a detailed (audio) message that electricity would be off.

If you cannot ascertain the reason for your outage, or you have questions, you can call back NSTAR at 800-592-2000.

got call from NStar and answered call--no one there---so hung up---do not have NStar!!!

If it really is NStar, then maybe their robo-dialer has gone wild!
NStar changed their name to EverSource quite awhile ago.

Left a message indicating if you are over 50 press one if not press 2.

Called @ 4:30 today; no msg left.  We are current (paid in full) on our bill and no storms to warn us about.  Likely SPOOFED/SPAM.

Why is this call coming in with Eversource as the caller I’d, it ends up being a recording offering15%.

Caller ID said Eversource which is actually my electricity supplier. They left a message claiming they were going to shut off my power that day because of an over due balance. I checked on line and my account was up to date. I called the number they left (1-800-207-1928) and they tried to get me to pay a fake $320. balance before the power was shut off in the next hour.. They said that the bill dispute was under a company investigation and said they would credit me back the money once it was cleared up in 48 hours. The creepy part was that the address they had was actually a relative's in another state but thought it was mine. I told them to shut off the power at that address so they hung up, lol.

CID says EVERSOURCE 800 592 2000. Recording says they will turn power off in 30 min for non payment. Says to call them @ 800 718 7010.  I have 2 accounts, both are paid. I called the numbers on my bills for Eversource, can't talk to a person unless there is an outage. Checked my balances on their system & I'm ok.
In that they call on the weekend it is prob easier for them to rip us off as it is impossible to get a person @ the real company on the weekend.

Received a call from this telephone number (Eversource Customer Service). No message was left. No known reason for Eversource to be calling me. No callback was attempted.

This is a SCAM, confirmed by multiple north eastern CT, MA, etc. police departments.
Do not pay them.

this phone # called my cell, having an 860 area code.  If they bothered to check information on who we are, these marketers would know although my phone has a CT-based #, I haven't lived in CT since 2009. Ha Ha on you, dummies!
