These people chared my car 218.00 and i dont know what for.

They called and said they have something very exciting for and that I should call back immediately.

This is Financial Management Systems (fmsdc.com).  They are an extremely agressive collection agency.  They are beyond difficult to negotiate with in a reasonable manner.  My fiancee has had them call about a credit card debt on a credit card he never had.  He ACTUALLY tried to negotiate terms to pay them for this debt he never personally incurred.  They would ONLY accept payment from a credit card or have the payment come directly from a bank account.  They would NOT accept payment by check or money order.  My fiance plans to send them a "drop dead letter" as suggested by one of Clark Howard's (a financial advisor from Headline News) assistant.

Someone named Maurice Hawk called my daughter (we live in different countries and have different last names) looking for me but did not know my last name so she didn't give him any information.
