This company calls on a daily basis. They even leave their name - Cooks Illustrated. I have repeatedly asked them not to call to no avail.

calls several times daily even when told I am not interested.

Called from this number at least 10 ties, Cooks Illustrated is stalking me - - GO THE HELL AWAY!

Got a call from this number -- when I picked up they immediately hung up.  I called back the number and was advised that it was Cooks Illustrated.  (I had a trial subscription to this magazine that I cancelled during the trial period).  I asked why they had called me and then hung up on me when I answered.  I was asked for my zip code.  I advised them that all I would provide them was my telephone number for the purpose of assuring that they would not call me again.  Bumped up two levels to an individual who again asked for my name, address etc.  Told them that all I woiuld provide was my telephone number with the specific instruction not to call me again.

This is a telemarketing call from Cook's Illustrated.  BE WARNED - They are also SELLING YOUR INFORMATION TO OTHERS!!! (Look at the bottom of the Contents page of their magazine and you will see a contact number for "List Rental".

To stop the calls and stop them from selling your personal info to others, call their Editorial Office at (617) 232-1000 and ask for someone in management.  Tell them that you want to be removed from all telemarketing and list rental activities.  Tell them that you want Senior Management to know that you strongly object to intrusive marketing activities and the selling of your personal information which you provided to them in confidence when conducting a business transaction with them.  Let them know that if you had known they had so little respect for their customers you would not have subscribed to their publication.  And let them know that these practices are harming their image on the Internet.

They call everyday. How can I stop them ?

No one on other end, got a lot of calls on this number.

Rang twice and hung up, no message.

Call March 9, 2011, 7:41 PM, from 800 service.  I didn't answer, no message was left.

I let the call go to voice mail and they never leave a message.  They call at least once a day for the past 3 days.

Repeated calls from them since dropping my subscription.  They do not leave a message.

These people are relentless!!  They call every day, multiple times a  day, even at night after 8:30!!  I have never picked up the phone. If I don't recognize the number, my thinking is that if it's important they will leave a message.  They never do. All this for a cook book!

I assume that the information that the info regarding the magazine Cook's Illustrated.  If I answer an unknown number, I usually answer (some city) Police Department, City Morgue, or (city) dog pound.  If they ask for me (sometimes the ask for me by name), I tell them I'm out for the day; please leave name and number and I will have them return my call.  I usually have hangups before I finish.  

For real stress relief, I scream!

I love this show and their cookbooks.  Unfortunately, their marketing sucks.  Chris kimball and his bow tie and aw shucks relatability can't make up for shady business practices.  And to think I was about to order more cookbooks.

Very personal and pushy.  Cooks Illustrated.  Will not renew subscription.

In addition to receiving these phones calls daily, even when you answer the phone and address yourself, they hang up on you.

I am getting multiple calls on a DAILY basis from this number (which I have blocked weeks ago).
Extremely annoying. Do they not know what "do not call list" means???
