Triangle Construction can't obey the law much less respect common courtesy. You'll be glad you checked here first.

We're on the National Do Not Call List, and keep it updated annually.
I get a call from the Triangle Construction, Inc. sweatshop telemarketers twice a month, informing me a representative will be in the area next week and offering a free estimate.  I tell her "Do not call. We are on that National Do Not Call Registry, your harassment is unwelcome, do not call, take us off your list." or " Do not send a representative, he is unwelcome here, he'll be trespassing."

Tuesday the doorbell rings. "What can I do for you?"
"We were just in the neighborhood, and I was just down the street talking to your friendly neighbors about…"
"You didn't answer my question. What can I do for you?"
"I can give you a free estimate…" still not answering my question.
"Please don't stand on my bulbs, get out of the flower bed."
He hands me his flyer printed in blue same on both sides, which I refuse, and then tramples the budding grass I planted last week. "Please get off my lawn."
"God-damn, you don't have to be so hostile."
"Get off my property." He could've gotten further into the conversation if he had been conscientious to begin with and been able to follow instructions. Cursing crossed the line.
"Let me just leave a…"
"Don't leave anything, don't leave angry, just leave."
He wrote something on the flyer folded in half and littered my doorstep with it, trampling the bulbs again.
"Get off my property.  Do you need a Sheriff-deputy escort?  Get off my land, don't come back, you're not welcome here."
I picked up the flyer, tore it in half, and handed it to him, "…take your trash with you."
Apparently he has angered other homeowners because he took a defensive position and only now did he back away towards the sidewalk.  He didn't accept the flyer when I tried to hand it back to him. When I tried to stuff it in his pocket he shouted "Don't touch me!" and threw it on the ground.
"Get off my land!  If you come back you'll be charged with trespassing."
He walked backwards waving his fist on the air shouting a string of obscenities that would make a sailor blush.
I went inside and close the door.

Three minutes later he came back to write down my address, made special effort to trample the freshly planted grass and jump onto the flower bed, then littered my doorstep with his flyer once more.
I opened the door and stepped out "You really want a shotgun don't you?"
He was screaming obscenities as I reminded him he was not welcome here and that he was trespassing.
He crossed the street cursing and swearing, and I picked up his fresh litter tore it in half, closed the door and tossed it in the recycle bin.

10 minutes later my telephone rings unknown name, unknown number, "Oh good, it's the [***]…"
"Do not call, take us off your list, you are not permitted to call here, please stop harassing…" he hung up.
He called right back and I recorded his death threats and other terrorist threats.

Unknown name, unknown number called back three times in the next hour. I should've taken his picture because when I went outside with a camera to see if he was still hanging around I found his balled-up flyer stuffed into the base of my freshly shattered lawn gnome. I left it where it was, went inside to call the sheriff and retrieved the first flyer from the recycle bin. At the bottom in the space labeled REF: he wrote "[***] You".

If the guy who speaks English can't respect my property or take simple instruction without adding insult to injury, I can only imagine what harm he will instruct the same guys I can pick up out in front of Home Depot to harm my home with a hammer.
