Harrassing calls and letter constatly about a foriving debt 10 years ago

Caller is harassing and not understandable in his diction.

We just got a call from "Kimberly Dunn" asking for one of our weekend part-timers (by her maiden name).  
She said that it was time sensitive, and that it had to do with a fraud.  I said that I would pass the message on to this worker, but explained that I could not give out any of her information.
Now, after looking online as a precaution, I'm not sure what to tell this worker.  "Um, yah, so this lady called from a company with a bad reputation...If you do decide to call them back, I suggest blocking your number and not telling them that you got married..." ???

They keep calling and hanging up on us.  I called the number showing on caller id.  Guy answers says they are 'LHR'.  I tell him to stop calling. He disconnects.

Guy calls and leaves a somewhat threatning message to people that do not even live here that if a representative does not call within 24 hours the "situation will affect you"
I may contact the attorney general if the other comments are true.  I believe this can be considered terroristic threats.

Yeah, so I've been married for 6 years and this man kept calling for my husbands ex-wife of seven years ago.  I know this girl hasn't been using his name or number all these years- so are they just digging up peoples old debtors and trying to get people to pay?  What kind of SCUM actually runs a business trying to purposely rip people off with no legitimate basis?  I called this guy back- Justin Smith x 2376- and let him know that this girl hasn't lived here for many years. He just wanted to know if I kept in contacted with her and if I knew where she lived.  WHAT A MORON...

This number called me...asking for my neighbors info...saying it was important to speak to her.... The lady's name was Gena, and I asked how she got my phone # & she said she just found it????? wierd.......She had my neighbors address & name correct, but I did not giver her my neighbors phone # .... If they call me back, what should i do???? They said to have my neighbor call them back at 1-800-616-5473. The phone ID said New York 716-648-3240.

the stupid F-er who called me from he sounded like he was on crack (going a mile a minute and sounded a wee bit figety) and said I was related to some Steve guy(I may be 17 but I know whose in my family) and then the picklefucker said I was lying and that theres no way our number could be on that file because it was Classifid and I told him welcome to the real world the government f**ks up all the time and still went on and finally I realized duhhh it's a new number but he still countinues to go on

I've been getting phone messages over and over again from these guys. They are for my neighbor. I only know my neighbor as an hi and bye type of thing. But when I called this number back finally they tried to tell me he's using me as a reference which is a bunch of bull! I don't even think he knows my last name! The guy started out talking nicely to me, acting surprised and claiming he didn't know why they would call me...BS. When I told him to take my number off their list he claimed he couldn't. When I told him bull...he started to get rude, telling me to blame my neighbor not them. Then he told me to get an unlisted number! He still took no blame at all for the harassing phone messages and finally asked me if he could hang up...well at least he asked me...lol! I am going to report them to my phone company and to the Better Business Bureau. I suggest everyone else do the same thing. This practice of calling neighbors needs to be stopped!

They keep calling harassing me about a relative I'm reporting them to the FBI.

Stop calling me and my relatives. I found out it is illegal. Tell them they are violating the Fair Debt Consumer Protection Agency. They can't call a 3rd party and ask the whereabouts of someone else. Tell everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Just received a call from LHS. When I answered no one said anything and they hung up.  THIS IS GETTING OLD!!!  STOP CALLING ME!!!

I had the same problem.  The BBB has a whole PAGE on this company, which says at the bottom that they were FINED last year  ( see  http://www.bbb.org/upstate-new-york/business- ... rg-ny-25000232/   )   - and gave this broad's EMAIL address,  So I sent her a nasty email, and told her I would be contacting the Attorney General's office too, if they didn't stop calling me.   She sent me an answer back within an HOUR - telling me they won't be calling again.   Send her an email, too - can't hurt.

Calls and hangups?

this number called me 800-616-5473 and didnt leave no message I hate when a**holes call me and don't leave no message I have had several [***] call this week and do the same thing and some claim thatt they was selling credit repair or debt consolitdation which  i don't have any credit cards so why am i getting calls from these people and if i did why would i let some STRANGERS over the phone tell me and let them have my Information SSN#  Most likely Theives out for SC AMMING me any way If you get a neame turn it over to the AAT> GENERAL and le5t them PROSCEUTE them for HARRASING People .

Automatic caller machine did not leave a message just calls and hangs up. When you get a call add them to your contact list then go into settings and change ringer to mute
