They called my house 4 times today within 2 hours. I'm pretty livid.

I confirmed that this is a phishing attempt on the part of an as-yet-unknown party.

this number just called me for the 1st time & "Jessica" asked for my wife but after finding out i was Mr, she wanted my birthday to qualify me for a Discover More Card, pays 1% back and has a 4.99% on balance transfers til Jan '12 & 0% on purchases for 6 mos! of course i asked a few questions & found out no fees whatsover but i got a little troubled when 1800Discover was the only call back number.

then her supervisor "Aaron" got on the call & claimed they work for a company called Epix Star in Pittsburg, KS. an outbound call company that was hired by Discover to find folks that need their card. he assured me they just need my birthday, & that the sensitive info goes straight to Discover & the process was very confidential & safe. he confirmed 1800discover was the only call back number BUT that this special was not available thru them!

it just didnt feel right, so i hung up. but i gotta admit, it may be legit* very product knowledgeable, professional & patient

Called this morning around 9am (on a Saturday) but told my daughter "I'll just call back," when told I was still asleep.  I called this number and got connected to a polite Discover rep and asked to be taken off of their call list, and she assured me that this would be done immediately.  My number is already on the "Do not call" list, so this is very annoying!

Said they're calling from Discover. They knew my name, but gave me an odd address and said they'll send me my upgraded Discover card. I have never had a Discover card!. Beware of caller, it sounds like scam to me.

These people call my home up to 10 times a day. We have asked to be put on their DNC list but they still call.

No when you get a call from Discover, its Not a Scam. I used to work on the Discover Account & believed me its a challenging job but very serious & Not a Scam

Trust me the offer you received from the Discover Customer Service Rep & Jessica was a true, honest offer for a discover platnum card. I used to offer the card years ago for Discover working for Epixstar.

Recieved about 10 calls in one day at different times that began about 9:00 A.M. EST from this number: 305-503-3900 "Epixtar" was caller ID name. Some South American hard to understand woman kept blabbing....and then she said someone in my household had Diabetes. I went to the internet and found that this is a call center  based in Biscayne Bay, Miami that has had numerous complaints with the FTC. Do not give out any information to these crackheads

I'm getting the same calls from 305-503-3900 up to 6 times a day.  Very rude people on the other end.  I told them to remove me from their list and they said "NO", that I have to answer questions.  I said I don't have to do anything.  They said the name of the facility was Senior Diabetes.  I am livid with this company.
