I am not sure, but I think this is another number for Leading Edge Recovery solutions.  I notified J. C. Penney's Credit Card people two weeks ago that my son passed away and I wanted to cancel his credit card.  They told me they needed a copy of the death certificate and that I would have to wait thirty days before I could cancel the card.  He had a small balance on the card that I have taken care of.  These people began calling me this week.  I assume that J.C. Penney's wasted no time in turning this over to a collection agency.  I feel this to be very rude as he was not behind on his payments to this company.  I also feel this to be very unprofessional behavior.

A prerecorded message, someone telling me their name was David Silverman and I should call him back about a very important issue -- "This is not a sales call," he said.  Left a different number, but I didn't write it down.  I wish I would have.  Anyone know anything about this?  Thanks.

Leading Edge Recovery Solutions is profoundly rude, and you should not miss any opportunity to put them out of business.  They have been dialing my home telephone with a robo-dialer for over a month, leaving cryptic messages to entice you to call them (at which point you have voluntarily entered into a business communication).  When I finally called in to find out why, I discovered that they were looking for some deadbeat who has at least two other so-called collection agencies after him as well; these firms are equally stupid, because no one else has lived at this phone number for over a decade.  If they call again, my next stop will be the police station to file a harassment complaint.  I hope they make the mistake of robo-dialing some down-on-his-luck ambulance chasing lawyer with an appetite for a malicious and decimating lawsuit.
