received phone from an unknown number, an automated voice left me a message telling me to call back, I have no idea who these people are or why they are calling me

These blatant harassing crank calls are from US FAST CASH, a company which is nothing more than a financial leg-breaking loan company, who prey on the weak, the elderly, the down and out, the unsuspecting, and everyone else for that matter.

They also try to get you to believe that you took out a loan with their fraudulent organization, when in fact and truth, you did not.

I personally have never had anything to do with these crooks, but US FAST CASH has been calling me for 9 months or so and claim that I do have an outstanding loan with them, or that I have applied for a loan from them. And, of course, these claims are not true!

Just this morning I received my umpteenth call from them for this month of February.

US FAST CASH wants me to repay them a loan, allegedly given to me, but they won't give me any information whatsoever concerning the alleged loan unless I give up my Social Security Number.

They have my name, address, and phone number as they keep calling me with their phoney allegations. So, the least they can do, is to mail me any info they may have on me concerning the alleged loan. .

Again, I have asked them to mail me any information they have on me concerning the non-existent loan to me. They refuse to mail me anything! (Federal Offense - Mail Fraud)

US FAST CASH also uses 1-800-349-4528. These crooks never stop calling.

Stay away from US FAST CASH!

Don't apply for a loan!

Don't give out any personal info.

If they get any info from you directly, or in so many other cases, steal your personal info, they will try to get you to "repay" them a non-existing fraudulent loan!

And, if you are foolish enough to take out a loan from them, all I can say is "God help you!"

Hang up if they call!

Tell your friends and neighbors!

Report them to the authorities.

US FAST CASH called my number and asked to speak to my brother.

I asked them what was the purpose of the call.

US FAST CASH said they wanted to offer my brother a loan and asked to speak to him instead of me.

And I told US FAST CASH that my brother was deceased, as he had passed away years ago. (Truth in Fact:  My brother passed away years ago!)


US FAST CASH immediately hung up without any comments.

The next day, US FAST CASH called this number again, and told me that my late brother had an outstanding loan with them, and they wanted to be repaid.

How's that for lower than low?

I immediately hung up!

Recommendations for those of you who are fed up with this illegal nonsense from US FAST CASH.

You might try calling or E-mailing the Miami Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce to see what they have to say about one of their local businesses i.e. US FAST CASH. Hopefully they won't be in cahoots with US FAST CASH.

Also, if you talk directly to the schemers at US FAST CASH, ask them to send you whatever they are talking to you about, by U. S. Postal mail. They won't. The reason is that mail fraud is a federal offense.

US FAST CASH will also use other calling numbers that are out-of-area as well, just to see if you are home and vulnerable.

If you have a legitimate complaint against US FAST CASH (1-800-639-0767), which is the current phone number they are calling me from, although they will switch back and forth between other numbers as well, then, please, for your own peace of mind, file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.Then, at least you've done your part to try and put a stop to these illegal activities.

Follow instructions on the FTC Web Site for filing a complaint, either by calling the FTC directly, or by filing a legitimate complaint online.

The more legitimate complaints the FTC receives against US FAST CASH, the more likely the FTC might actually pursue legal actions against US FAST CASH.

Also, contact your own home state's Office of Attorney General for instructions on how to file a complaint against US FAST CASH.

A word to the wise, and for your own sake, don't ask for or apply for a loan from US FAST CASH! It will be the biggest and costliest mistake of your life. BEWARE!!!

It's time for the legislators to enact State and Federal laws to protect the public from unwanted and harassing calls from the Telemarketing Industry.

The Telemarketing Industry should be required by law to register on a National Telemarketing Database.

The Telemarketing Industry should be licensed by a government agency before they can contact the public by phone for whatever purposes they are calling. And this should include an up front licensing fee, to be paid by the telemarketer, to a government agency before they contact the public.

Do away with the 800 numbers for this type of business. Each time a call is made by a telemarketer to each of us, a set phone charge, to be paid by the telemarketer in question, should be applied to each telemarketing call. Maybe .50, maybe $1.00 would be appropriate. This would surely do away with the unwanted calls.

And, once these laws are enacted, then they should be strictly enforced.

No exceptions!

These laws should also include any other individuals or organizations that persist in calling you after being requested to stop calling you.

Does the current DO-NOT-CALL LIST strategy actually work? For the most part, it doesn't seem to deter the never ending calls from the same abusers over and over again.

There are good Telemarketers who will call only once, and respect your wishes when you request not to be called again. But, then comes the other 99% who abuse the American public and their right to privacy. I mean, after all, who is going to listen to or possibly purchase a product from someone who has been harassing them on a daily basis.

And, it's time for the phone companies to turn around, look at us, and do their part to try and stop this abuse as well.

Call your local and state politicians.

It's time to put an end to this nonsense.

It's time to be able to sit down and relax in your own home without being constantly interrupted by this abusive activity.

It's time that we get back our privacy and peace of mind.

US FAST CASH will not only alternate between 1-800-639-0267 and 1-800-349-4528 as their own calling numbers, but they will also call you from "OUT OF AREA", and their phone number will not displayed on Caller Id.

They will also use the "1-062" preface on their calling numbers.

I know everyone knows this, but just a gentle reminder for you to carefully scan your Caller Id before you decide to pick up for any types of these harassing calls.

If you answer the phone, and somebody asks you "Is this (Your Name Inserted)?"  Ask them "Who's calling please?" before you give out any other info or comments.

Never, never say "Yes" to the question as they may take your "YES" soundbite and splice and record it into their records as an acceptance of an offer from them that may or may not be accepted by you!

If the "splice" takes place, you may be stuck with an unwanted item, or loan in the case of US FAST CASH, and they could quite possibly slither their way onto your credit card, or into your checking or savings account as they may already have all the other pieces of your personal info puzzle to complete their scheme.

Hopefully that won't happen to  you.

wow.... They call me 4-5 times a day .. I had to chAnge my phone number and now with my new Number there calling for some One alse!!

If you have ever applied for a loan through Money Mutual I think that it is called, that is advertised on TV, and I think that Montel Williams is the person who is telling you about Money Mutual, and how you can get up to a thousand dollars into your checking account overnight, well, they have about 100 "partners," and I think that US FAST CASH may be one of those partners, so if you received a loan from Money Mutual, US FAST CASH may be where you could have gotten the money from. Just FYI

Just report them to www.ftc.gov and don't answer the phone This company is rude an extremely unethical!!!

Call during my work day. Leaves messages "This is an important message for [few seconds of silence] please call us back at 800-639-0767"

You obviously don't know who I am. I have no clue who you are! And you are starting to piss me off!

Everyday sometimes 3 times a day while I am at work I get calls from 800-639-0767, when I answer it they hang up.  When I call the number back they hang up.  I am getting very annoyed, this has been going on for about 8 months now.

these people are calling me more than three times a day I don't have any type of business with them.

The customer service rep was RUDE. I advise him that he had the wrong number and he still called and was very rude. I will continue to report this abuse to the BBB and hope someone will investigate this company.
