Calls everyday and never leaves a message.

Calls at least 6 times per day and NEVER leaves a message !!

Its a major scam to get your information they rob your bank/escrow account.
THEY ARE THIEVES !!!!!!

Called and asked for husbans info. I told them they had the wrong number. Scammers!

They call alot! and no one is ever there-I am on a do not call list-so why are they calling????

Continues to call does not leave a message, but I have told them not to call

Told me they were Bank of America~wanted my SS number~hey fools I did not just fall off the turnip truck~get a real job.

Just got a call from this number, woman asked for me by name and said she was calling about my house --she had the correct address --and wanted to confirm my ss#, dob, and other stuff.  I asked why she was calling me because BofA doesn't have anything to do with my house. She said she needed me to confirm information so she could talk to me about a confidential matter. I repeated that since they didn't have anything to do with my house I didn't know why they'd be calling me & wasn't giving out any information because I didn't know who she was. She said she understood my discomfort and could give me a number to call so I could initiate the call if that would make me feel more secure. I said that wouldn't prove anything...she could give me any number and just because I called it wouldn't mean it was legit. She insisted they did have something to do with my house and I told her I was looking at the envelope from my mortgage bill and Bank of America's name isn't on it. She then said that if I wasn't willing to talk to her there was nothing she could do about it but that they DID have something to do with my house and hung up on me. I *69'd the number and googled it which is when I found this site.  Glad to get validation I was being smart to be cautious and not unreasonably paranoid!  Beware everyone!

SCAM ALERT! I received a phone call from 800-641-4978 at work on an unlisted work number stating his name was Mario from Bank of America.  He had my first name and asked to speak with me.  He then asked me to verify the last four digits of my social security number.  I told him that he called me and he should have that information.  When I refused to give it to him, he told me they needed to speak with me about a very important matter about one of my accounts and suggested I call them back on the toll free number from my statement.  I told him I have different accounts- which I probably should not have said- and asked to which account he was referring and he stated he was referring to the account regarding the property at ### and gave the street address.  I told him okay and he again stated that it was very important that they speak with me.  I immediately called the toll free number from my statement and the customer service representative assured me that there were no notes on my account and he could see no reason as to why Bank of America would be contacting me.  He checked their directory and said that 800-641-4978 is NOT in their directory of numbers at all.  BEWARE THIS IS DEFINTELY A SCAM.

I also received a call through my HR department. They stated they were from BofA about my mortgage and wanted to know when I was going to make a payment. They stated they call every month. I show no record of them ever calling and they have had no reason to call. Sounded real fishy. Knew my name, spouse, payment amount.
