800 642-6323 is PNC Bank. We owe them nothing yet they keep calling and calling. I urge everyone that is being harrassed by them to call the CEO James E Rohr at the PNC bank and tell him to stop his company from harrassing people via telephone. see how he likes it. Here is Mr Rohrs telephone # 412-762-2000 or toll free at 877-762-2000.  tell them what they are doing and tell them to stop. You could also email them at corporate.communications@pnc.com

Here are some more corporate people to "contact"  Brian Goerke 412-762-4550  or William Callahan 412-762-8257  investor relations. Im sure they want to "hear" about what their bank is doing to its 25 million customers.

Other people to contact are Joe guyaux- Pres.   Bill Demchak, Vice Chairman     and  Richard j. Johnson CFO  Why let them sleep and work quietly when the rest of us have to constantly pick up their computer generated automated calls.

Came home today to a missed call and a message with only a clicking and hangup sound.  Then, I googled the number to see who it was.  Thought I'd put in my 2¢ since it looks like other have had the same issues.

I advise "them" to think twice about calling me in my off-time at home in the evenings or days off -- they will hear from me should this recur or become worse!

    CLC Consumer Services/E-Trade

Apparently this is also a number for CLC Consumer Services/E-Trade Financial. I have a mortgage that is (unfortunately) with CLC. This number calls MY CELL phone several times a day. After answering it once to find no one on the line I no longer answer it. I've called the number, asked to have it stopped but they have not done this after several requests. I've also asked them to keep my landline on record, which they have not done.

I have never been late with my mortgage payment. Apparently if it is received during the grace period CLC has recently started to telephone "spam" the customer. I have told them the payment has been made. Calling me several times a day will not expedite the Post Office.

After reminding them that I am a customer they told me that E-Trade GAVE me the money for the mortgage. News to me. I thought I was paying interest.

I know how all of you feel after 3 years of paying my loan on the same date all of a sudden I am getting these calls on my cell phone. I tell them the payment has been made and to stop calling me. It happens several times per day on the hour day after day even after I have told them it has been paid. I called the 800-642-6323 and talked to a very nice man who said you can fax them a cease and desist letter with your name and account number to 412-768-0417 attn: Dan9243, so hopefully this will end this nonsense.  I love how these banks are in trouble for their own actions and are now taking it out on their customers.  I did find out that this a new thing for ETrade and that is why I had never been called before.

I have a solution to the CLC plague.  Go to Wal-Mart and buy air horn in a can.  The next time some [***] hat from CLC calls and acts as if they are entitled to not only your attention, but your courtesy and business as well, return the favor by extending a courtesy sample of hearing loss their way.  This never fails. Be more available than they ever dreamed!

I thought I'd use the name of the uppity woman with whom I spoke this morning as my ID name.  We have been receiving calls from this number several times a day and night for 2 weeks, but the recorded message shuts off before any information as to who they are is given.  Finally after 2 weeks a full message was given.  When I called I found out a loan payment was overdue to PNCBank.  It was simply an oversight.  While discussing the way they send out the automated phone messages, Lori from CLC informed me that I will continue to get these calls until the payment is made.  (The payment was made over the weekend, but it didn't get registered at CLC when I'd called.)  Lori's tone was very condescending saying we owed "her" the money.  She informed me that sending repeated phone calls from CLC is quite legal because we owe her the money.  Before our local bank was bought by PNCBank my father had retired from the bank as a Vice-President.  These were not the tactics used when the bank was locally owned.  It's a shame PNCBank has chosen to use this form of communication to harass customers.

Call all hours of the day. Payment request for loan from PNC bank that was due today. They call a day before the due date. Called Saturday morning at 8AM. When requested to identify themselves they either hang up or get aggressive. I will NEVER do business with PNC Bank again. The harassment tactics and bullying by their hired hands are not worth it.

Our story is the same. Calling is non stop to our cell phone and home phones. We have a loan with PNC.  I would like to thank you for the phone numbers and email address listed above. Please copy and paste one complaint at time and start sending to the idiots. I'm also reporting to Att. G office.
Don't forget to request your money back that they had to borrow from us!

If you people would try paying your bills on time you wouldn't have to worry about getting phone calls day after day.  I religiously pay my bills on the due date, month in and month out, and I have NEVER receieved a call from a bill collector with ANY company.  Funny how things like that work.

    Unemployed in MI
Well you're officially a [***] SS, congrats on being able to keep your job. I lost mine after 8 years, skipped college to stay there, and then got laid off since the car dealership business is a dying trend. You must be in the bar business....or selling pot to the middle schoolers is really taking off for ya.

It is CLC Consumer Services, and they are the most rude of the human kind that you can meet. When I was 5 days late I explained my situation, and he replies with "Well I'm sorry to hear about your job.....so are you sending us our money with your unemployment?" when I never told him I was actually collecting. HAH amazing

Of course, if I could pay my bills on time I wouldn't get any of them.

They are the worst....I have 2 car loans with them, and got behind on one because of family issues, and a small child being in and out of the hospital. Well, I have set up arrangements, and have honored them, right now, I'm only 31 days behind, and catching up quick. But they are rude horrible people. I originally set up my loans with Nationwide, but ever since these goobers took over, it's been a nightmare. This morning, they called me THREE times in 5 minutes! Chris is beyond wretched, and his supervisor Drew Slabe is worse!

Kim Rudge, you should be ASHAMED of yourself for allowing the bullying that is going on in your department. You need to check on the little boys you allow to use the phone, they need knocked down a peg or two.

I got Kim's # from Drew but I learned quickly, don't bother complaining about them to their higher ups....They are the ones that train them to be that way. Wish I would have never wasted my time trying to complain....A whole 15 minutes of my life I'll never get back.
