They are so rude and they can not even speak english or they pretend not to speak english

They call my cell phone and leave a message to call with a reference number.  It is a collection agency attempting to collect a debt.  Uses the name Chelsey.  They don't ask for me or anyone nor do they say what the debt is.

These people continue to call my cell and ask for someone who does not own the phone.  I have called them and told them to stop, but I guess they don't understand.  I will call again and tell them to stop or they are going to hear from my attorney.  These people are annoying!

800-658-0047 keeps calling my work number. it is very annoying not saying anything but this is a collection agency trying to obtain a debt.

Tried to return call and was put on hold while also transferring.  No voice, no message, dead space.

These people call day or night and at least three times per day.  I have no idea who they represent and they will not send me a bill that proves who they represent.

I don't know who these people are but they call constntly.  If anyone has any info on them please let me know.  They need a cease and desist letter because they call every single day when I am at work.

These people have called me about 10 times this month using 3 different number asking for a olivia stuart. they call me during class and its very annoying. when i call them back i get a messege and they hang up.

They call my cell and my home number.  The message they leave is a pre-recorded message.  I tried calling but I get a pre-recorded message and hangs up.

This is a DEBT Collector.

I was not who they were looking for yet this MAN began to call me a "LOW LIFE B*TCH"......I called the Better Biz Bureau to complain and have filed a law suit.

Here is a great idea that came from the Police: "When they mention "This call is being recorded" make sure you say "Great! Beacuse you are being recorded on my system too"! They will immediately HANG UP!

I told her that by law she was to say that this call was being recorded. Told her that I am a paralegal and know what the law stated. Told her I was recording her and am glad that I got her admission on tape. Told her I would see her in court. The rude witch hung up on me. Oh well. Nothing lost.

Totally annoyed by these people calling me. That have called once a day for what seems like months....

This number is the same people as 800-881-8800, asking for a April Macgormack, have no clue who she is. I wish companies would check if people give them the right phone number.

Won't leave me alone!  Get a computer and whenever I get a person I tell them I'm NOT who they are harassing for and they still call!!
Harassment is illegal!

Called me once and somehow left 3 messages, all automated from "Chelsea".  Left no callback number, just mentioned a reference number at the end.

I kept getting calls from them as well. I recently got a new house phone number. I can tell the one I got was in use since bill collectors kept calling for Lauren May who lives down the road from me. I'm tempted to knock this woman's door down myself I get so many calls from her. I was however able to get my number moved from their list. If you answer the call and state that you are not affiliated with homever they're calling for they take your phone number off while youre on the line with them. Reason being they have it directly connected and cannot physically remove a number from their system as he told me without being connected to the number at the time. Within 48 hours I got no more calls and counting. This was the easiest company to comply with me since we've had these issues.

I also receive calls nearly every week from "Chelsey".  These are robotic calls from a collection agency.  I have never received a letter from them identifying the debt nor do I owe a debt to anyone.  It may be an identity scam.  Never give out personal information over the telephone esp. SSN.  I have not called them back nor will I.  I am sending a message to local FBI station about it.

ERC is up to their same old bag of tricks...I kept getting this phone call regarding an attempt to collect a debt so I called them back and the first thing I get is a voice recording.  I selected the wrong number option and got a live person on the line after entering my number.  She (I believe her name was Chelsea--who sounded sweet & innocent but apparently brain washed by some crooked mgr/owner...) asked me if I was Tran Vu?  I said no I wasn't this person and definitely not first generation Vietnamese.  I then asked how ERC got my number and Chelsea informed me it was a recycled number...well it clicked in my brain that I received calls from ERC years ago regarding this Tran Vu ( I knew the name sounded familiar).  What really set me off is that Chelsea made it sound like it was my fault for getting a recycled number--a sad state of affairs we live in these days.  By the way their 1800 number has changed to 1-800-576-1852 or ERC uses several of them from different locations--who knows.  Also, NEVER...EVER...GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL DATA OR INFO BECAUSE DEBT COLLECTORS ARE GOING AFTER EVERYBODY & EVERYTHING (EX-SPOUSES/CHILDREN/RELATIVES/NEIGHBORS...ETC.)....THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED AND PREY ON THE PUBLIC!  BE VERY CAREFUL...
