It was a collection agency that was belligerent and threatening.

A collection agency saying we owed money to an apartment complex we nevered lived in.

Received numerous phone calls at my work from Assoc Credit Company.  I told them not to call me a work anymore and Shawn Hunter told me he could call me anytime he wanted to and was very rude and harassing.  I received another phone call at work from Tom White and he told my coworker she was a liar when she told him that I no longer worked in her department and when he finally reached me, he was rude. When I asked him not to call me at work because he was going to get fired and if i did get fired, I would file charges against him and his company.  He said if I didn't have money for my debt, how could I afford an attorney.  This company's employees are very rude and ruthless.

This is a call asking for me or my husband.  The ladies name is Mary Ryan ext 212.  She has given a reference number and said that we might not even know about this matter.  She gave no company name or anything.  It then prompted me to check on this number and see who this was.

The lady who call me said her name was Pat Mills. The first time she called, she made sure to say that i should call her back and that the call was not a solicitation call, it was supposedly a personal business matter. i saved the message in my voice mail. She then calls again sounding much nicer saying that i should call her back because she may have some good news for me and that i should call her back to go over it. I have never returned  her calls because i never heard her once mention if she was with a company or what the real reason was for her call.

I would avoid this lady, she gives me the creeps. She seems like a liar.

A man named Don Williams called looking for a room mate. The first time she took the call, the next time he called she asked me to take a message. He told me he was calling about a job she applied for. She compaired the name and the phone # to the one he gave her before.She said he was a collector. He called again today & I told him she doesn't live here anymore and to stop calling my #. He said he couldn't do that as that was the only contact # he had for her. So I called the number back & a woman answered I told her I wanted my number to be taken out of their call list, she told me I had the wrong number, I asked her if this was 800-658-0052 she said yes I said well this is the number I was just called from by Don Williams, she then put me through to him,when I said "You just called for ----------- I want my number removed he hung up on me. I called back again, spoke to the same woman told her Don hung up on me she proceded to tell me they called on the 12th and spoke to my roommate from the same #. They refused to remove my # from their list. I worked in the collections dept for an auto finance co, we had to remove # when we were told to, even if it was the customer asking us to.

I have been harrassed by two of the employees from Associated Credit Company, Emma and Don Williams. They were rude and yelled at me and when I told her that I couldn't receive personal calls here at my workplace she had Don call me. They would not answer my questions they just kept yelling at me and they even pulled my credit cards on my credit report and told me to pay off the amount by putting it on my credit cards (which would max my cards out). Anyways I asked for a remit address for communication purposes and she would NOT give it to me she just said no. I think they need to be checked on they are abusive and not going by this the right way.

This person Don Williams just keeps calling leaving messages to call, don't state who he is or what company. He sounds untrusting, so he calls all day or every other day I noticed. He can call until he's blue in the face I'm not answering the phone maybe one day he'll get the message not to call any more with that loud tone and rudeness and had the nerve to call private one evening like I was stupid enough to answer the phone if you call my number private you'll stay private I'll never know who you are.I wish he just bug off and stop calling my number.

Got a call from this #. A guy who said his name was Don Williams and he was calling because "somebody" put me down as a reference for a job. I tried calling the number back and a woman answered. I couldn't understand what she said the company was. It sounded like a lie to me. Called from a different # then the one he told me to call back, he told me to call him back at 8006580052.

Got a call from a man Named Keith Jackson at 18006580052 Looking for an employee that works here. He was told that we do not take collection calls her for our employees to call him at home. He wanted to speak to the supervisor cause the clerk had not phone skills. So she said okay I will transfer you and he then asked "when do you go one break ? I will call back them and he hung up.
I the supervisor then called this Keith back and told him that we do not take collection calls. he was very nasty and said that i need to tell my employees to stop giving the # out and hung up. i called him back and he said why are you making this your personal war and to stop calling here your wasting my time.

Had a message from a Scott Chase and to call this number. He knew my first name and the names of my daughter and son in law. Said it was personal business. I refused to give out their new phone numbers or new address until he at least let me know what this was about. He was rude. Told me the company was ACCB but would not tell me what the letters stood for. He said it was vitally important that he reach them today. I ask him was it life or death, which stunned him, and he said no but it was very important and personal. I refused to give the information without knowing who he was or what his business was. Said under federal law he couldn't tell me if the kids had not. He became rude when I refused to give out the information he wanted. Glad I could find out about him and the company here.

I keep getting calls on my cell phone at least twice a week asking for someone I've never heard of and insisting I do know this person.. I have them on call reject so the phone doesn't ring anymore but they still leave messages. Who in the world are these stupid people????

ok you guys based on other information from the people below this is whats going on i got a call from this number and its a collection agency repersenting apartment communities. they believe you owe them money.

Emma was looking for a relative but would not give any information on who she was or worked for.  She is rude and unprofessional!

Pat Mills left seven messages at my parents, I called to find out owed an apt when I went to college 2 yrs ago, left before my roommates and had a large balance on my credit. She arranged to let me pay my 1/3 portion and now is paid in full. Also advised me how to clean up some other collection accounts on my credit and was very helpful. My new husband and I just purchased our new mortgage thanks their input. Not all bad people.

Pat Mills called me to collect a debt that an apartment complex claimed I owed them.  I have been disputing the claim for several months now, but the complex is refusing to answer me.  She called and threatened my husband's career in the military.  She also asked my if I had kids and when I asked her how that was relevent she said "Well you gotta put a roof over their heads and be a responsible adult".  She was an EXTREME [***].  She also told me I couldn't afford a lawyer, so I would have to pay anyway and I wouldn't win the case anyway because I don't have any proof.  I told her that they also didn't have any proof.  She told me that just because I didn't pay didn't mean that the complex was gonna go under and that they didn't care, and I told her I was planning on telling everyone I knew about how horribly I was treated and she said "I don't care, put it on HBO, tell everybody, it doesn't matter to me".  She was sarcastic, rude, and disgusting, and I would like to know how I am not a responsible adult when I'm graduating with 2 degrees in december and going to graduate school and she's working minimum wage at a collections agency.  I think my hypothetical children are in less danger of being on the streets than hers are.  [***].

I've tried reasoning over the phone, I've tried writing settlement letters (since they want to charge me for cleaning an apartment that had normal wear and tear and thats illegal)I've tried cease and desist letters to this company, I've tried filing complaints with the FTC, (https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/FTC_Wizard.aspx?Lang=en)

So where does that leave me? Gina is still calling every other day, ignoring my certified letters, and the FTC hasn't done anything yet that I know of.

They are a bogus collection agency attempting to collect debts in an unlawful mannor. Today I spoke to someone name Joe and a Scott Chase person. They were very rude and belligerent. When I asked about makin a payment plan they told me they couldn't do it and that I had to pay the balance in full. This made me very suspicious. I have dealt with another agency and they gave me the option to pay in full or make a payment arrangement. On top of that I asked for the info in writing and the Joe guy told me he couldn't send me anything until the balance was paid in full. I asked to speak to his manger and he put me on the line with that Scott Chase who was also rude. I told him about Joe and Scott blow it off like it was nothing. If u ever hear from these people DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!!!
