I don't know who this is...maybe Target?

Target is the owner of this number

They called me ever 30 minutes...under the fair debt collection act they can not call repeatedly..they call me again im calling my lawyer

Pay your bill on time and they won't call you.

they have called my cell every day at around 12:00. I do not owe anything.. im in highschool and dont even have a target card or credit card or anything.. O.o

They keep calling my 12 year old daughter's cell phone and we don't even have a stupid Target credit card ~grrrr~

Funny, you say "if you pay your bill, then they won't call you", but YOU must of recieved a call from them too otherwise you wouldn't be on this page looking up the number to see who it belongs too. So how about before you criticize others and act 'All Mighty'. You might want to follow your own advise. Furthermore there are people right now unemployed &  NOT just wanting to pay bills. Some can't right now.

they call every day all day 5 times a day an even the week end

I sometimes get 10 calls a day from this number but it shows up on my caller id as "unavailable".  I do answer these calls but I speak before they have a chance to and say  You have reached an unavailable number.  Someone at this number will become available as soon as you do.  They always hang up on me.  While I am unemployed due to a layoff and am having some difficulty paying my bills, I do answer the phone when companies called with an identified number and try to work out something to get them paid.  I am not a dead beat just someone who has been unable to find employment for over a year.  Most collection calls are made by people just doing their job and I know, I used to be one of them.  I did collections for 30+ years and was always polite and tried to be helpful, but there is a new breed of people out there who are rude and abusive.

It was Target.  We did not pay our small monthly payment.  We may have forgotten.  I am not certain.  We are paying it this Friday and they are reversing the late fee.  :)..

I also get about ten calls a day from this number and when I answer they ask for a person by first name then hang up. I don't have a TARGET card, but when I do a reverse lookup on the number it says it is owned by Target.  I pay cash so why are they calling me then hanging up.  Maybe a call the the California Attorney Generals office might  to report TARGETS 800 number as abusive might be in order.

They have called me twice in the last couple of days.  Annoying to say the least!  I called back and my account is in good standing.  They said the reason for the call is to make sure my address is current because they are sending out new cards and updating their system.  Talked to them once already, so why call again?  A blank message was left on both calls.
