Called my cell 43 times in three days, according to my cell phone call log, I live in rented accommodation, I guess my overdue account on my non-existent mortgage is worrying them.

We are actually customers of Countrywide and even though we have instructed them to leave us alone regarding any type of re-financing or special offers, they call non stop.

Call at all hours of the day & night and are not there when you answer & do not leave a message.

I got calls on thanksgiving of 2007.  I recieved calls on my cell and home number stating to callback countrywide on this personal matter.

I've received several phone calls from this number over the past few weeks. I don't have an account with Countrywide and I don't own a home. I called the number to ask them to stop calling, but I have to have an account number to talk to someone. So - I can't talk to them.

My Countrywide mortgage is paid in full. There is no reason for them to call me.

669In the past few days, I have received three calls on my cell phone from 800-669-0102 that were recordings purporting to be from Countrywide Mortgage.  Today, 29 November, I received a call from the same number that was a real person.  He said hello, asked for Beth Kleppinger.  He said he was calling from Countrywide.  When I asked what the call was in reference to, he asked if he could leave me a call-back number.  When I told him I wasn't calling anyone back, he hung up.  I called the 800 number back and got a recording that said I'd reached the "Home Retention Team".  I was asked for my account number and zip code, which I, of course, refused to give!  My name doesn't even appear as "Beth" with Countrywide, but as "Elizabeth".  Moreover, my husband is listed first on the mortgage and would be the person Countrywide would ask for.

I made a payment arrangement online, but still CountryWide call to harrass us.

After making online payment arrangements, they still call my number for 3 days, wanting to set up arrangements.

I have no relationship with Countrywide and am on the 'Do Not Call' list.  They call a few times each day without leaving a message.  What a bunch of losers dragging the economy down with their lack of professionalism.

This is a business and call here everyday and I hang up when I hear please hold on while I connect you.  I do not have time to wait on the phone I am a receptionist at a busy country club.  And need to answer the phones not wait on them for this stupid countrywide to tell me something dumb. Leave us alone we do not need to hear your recording about bs.

Started getting calls from this number about every 30 minutes.  They leave no message.  I don't answer because I do not know who it is or what it is about.  I went up online to see what number it was, got this website, and learned it was supposed to be from Countrywide.  I have an account through them but have always remained current - no problems there.  Really annoying.

This 800 number and an 866 number call my home numerous times every day and do not leave a message.  I just found out from this site that these calls are from Countrywide.  I do have a mortgage with Countrywide and I have never been late.  They also constantly send me e-mails and letters asking me to refinance.  It is very annoying.

Call to my home phone every day!  We don't have and have never had a loan or any other type of account with Country Wide.  I am sooooooo tired of the calls!

I believe they are Identity Thieves. Never give them your personal information (SSN, address, driver license etc.). Going to report this case to FTU and police.

I do get call from the 800-669-0102, and today my wife called them back, and the automated system asked for an account number, she gave them a fictional account number, and got through to a live person. She told them  not to call anymore :)
We'll see.

Just got a call from this number late at night. Have reported it as I am on the Do not call list (wonder if it does any good! LOL) After looking online I found this indeed to be Countrywide:

Got two calls in two days from Country Wide Mortgage on  my cell phone--Never had any dealings with them and have no idea how they got my cell phone number. I have my cell phone number listed on the "do not call" list--- I want it stopped!!!I do not speak Spanish either!!

I do doubt that this phone number belongs (at least now) to Country Wide, because no official cite lists it and because I have never had any relations with Country Wide to call me.
