This is a collector Elan bank services ‭(800) 676-4060‬ of your behind on a payment they will call u.
Not their fault but ours for not being on top of ones financial responsibility. I know cause I got behind on my MBC, no biggie just pay min catch up then be aggressive with payments and you get on top of the bill..mine is now connect to my auto pay and no calls. Except if you miss as I did and read above that’s why I’m leaving this novel lol!.

    Elan Bank phone # is 800-558-3424. Not 800 676 4060.
ATT says that 800-676-4060 is a confirmed attempt to hack your account by Vtext hackers.

They told me they are Elan financial services and asked for me personally by my full name. They wouldn't give any more info until I identified myself. So I said sorry, thank you and hung up. They are either a scam or debt collector.

They call every day around 8:05am dont identify themselves just ask for account number. I dont deal with US bank or Elin. Have a block put on it but so annoying because they call at least 3 to 5 times a day. Their number shows on caller id as either unknown or cardmember services. Would like to know where these calls originate from

Both US Bank and Elan (not Elin) are easily found on the internet.  US Bank issues branded credit cards and Elan is a branch of that bank that manages cards for places that don't want to be bothered with it.  A certified, return receipt letter should do the trick.

No messages cause I think my voice box is full and I didn't answer neither due to I was making breakfast. I usually look up numbers I don't know, because I will not generally answer if I don't know who's calling. I always try to Google the phone number and I saw this and others that it's a Credit card scam and to report it, so I am eventhough no actual contact was made.
    • Caller: No sure but Google said it was a Debt Collection scam and my credit is decent.
    • Call type: Debt collector
