I called them back and it's for Western Universities, Univ. of Phoenix online. They say they only call if someone has inquired online about the university. They also recommended that a way to prevent unwanted calls is to register on the National Do Not Call Registry...what a laugh..we've been registered with them on any phone we've ever had & that doesn't stop unwanted calls..what a waste of time to register with DNC.

If it's a cell phone they are calling or a really good landline phone, simply put them on your block list.

I was actually looking for Un'i's used some school finders they mateched me to western unversity and uophoenix lol what a joke.  i just got a call from them and didnt pick up.

You can file a complaint with the FCC, http://transition.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcall/, you also have to register with the do not call list every year, you cannot do it once and think you stay on there forever, I wish it was that easy. I filed complaints with FCC foe Univ of Everest and Univ of Phoenix, it took about 10 days, but the calls have stopped.

Why these schools are calling me, I'll never know...  I'm only 57 & have done all the schooling I need or want...  Keep calling & I'll keep blowing my whistle in the phone...
