I think it's scam

They have sent us a fax 2 days in a row now. A flier about "Luxury Vacations". After the first fax yesterday, I called them to complain, saying we are on the "Do Not Call" list. They said they would remove our number and apologized saying "God's speed" as if they're decent people. NOT! They sent us the same fax again today. Time to report to FCC! They block their number from caller ID too!

Keep getting faxes from this company at this number even after opting OUT a number of times

This is a big scam!!!!! Do not pay them anything. I called because it sounded too good to be true. I asked about 100 questions and the guy couldn't answer any he was very short with his answers. I asked for a website to see what I was purchasing and he said they didn't have one. I asked for a Tax ID and again he said they didn't have one. WTF what type of business doesn't have a tax ID? Anyways I also asked the douchbag how they accept payment and he said he needs a bank routing number and account #. Now really WTF that's when I told him to f$&#k off!!!!

I called to be removed from their list the guy answering the phone was very nasty. I said I would turn this matter over to my Atty.  He said turn it, rub it, flip it, I wish I could him to punch him right in his face.

Numerous faxes from this faux travel company, time to turn this dillweed over to some young punks on IRC who are bored enough to keep his number busy.

I received a fax this morning--waster ink.  An answering machine picked up the call.  The message gave this number:  7136362849.  It is a land line in Houston.

Per the FCC - to opt out of their unwanted faxes, you must call them and give them the fax number to which it relates.  They have up to 30 days to comply.  If after that timeframe you are still receiving their faxes, you can report them to the FCC online (http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm)  or in writing to:

Federal Consumer & Governmental Affairs Bureau
Consumer Inquiries and Complaints Division
445 12th Street, SW
Washington, D.C. 20554
(888) 225-5322

This complaint procedure if FREE.  Being on the phone "Do Not Call" registry only prevents telephone solicitations, not faxes.

I tracked down the A-- Holes who keep sending unwanted faxes listed as "Luxury Vacations" with a caller I.D. listed as H.A.M. Marketing. The real company is listed below.  The best thing we can all do to help shut them down is to sit down with your phone and keep using your redial feature to call them over and over again until they hang up. If we all do this, it will cause them to do nothing but answer the phone with no one there and they might get the hint that it's time to get out of business.

The other option is to pick up some fresh dog poop and stick it in an envelope and mail it to them at the below address, nothing better than a nice fresh piece of s--t for a piece of s--t company like this.

They just ripped me off!! I never recieved anything and they started yelling and screaming at me when I called....[***]

We are on the "no call" list and have continued to receive phone calls from these people. Stop calling  &/or faxing our business.

This company must be a rip off they don't accept credit cards.

Report those [***] here:http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
These were theirs numbers shown on the fax:1-855-873-9500 and 1-877-871-9436.

Clearly scam. Probably changed name (now Vacation Destinations) to continue.

There name is really Encore tour & travels llc the address listed with the state is 211 E. 7th st ste 602
Austin Texas 78701-3218

sorry my post with messed up address its ste 620 not 602

Received fax from company that claimed to be a Travel booking company.  When I called them at 1-855-226-2825 they told me their name was Encore Tours and Travel also known as Vacation Destinations.  They said the reason their prices are so cheap is because they sell corporate travel vouchers.  They only wanted routing and checking account numbers to pay for the packages.  NO WAY!!!!!!!!!  This has to be a scam!    Beware!!!!!!!

They don't sound professional and they are not listed with the Better Business Bureau.

Here what I found if anybody wants to take action!
