A woman named Kenya called and left a message for me with this number.  (Since I did not know who was calling, I 'took a message' for myself.) When I asked her what it was pertaining to, she said it was none of my business.  I wrote down the number and told her I would pass the message along.  WHAT IS THIS?? lol

I received a very rud message on my work voice mail, from Brandi, with UCL (?), ordering me to call her back by 5pm... then I get an even rudder message from an unknown male, on my work voice mail, who never revels his company name or type of business, just: "Call me back, or else, at 1-800-701-7565"

This is United Cash Loans an online payday loan company.  They are extremely rude and hateful.  Especially when you are the "message number" that has been left by the original person who made the loan.

Watch out for Monica from the same number 800 701 7565 she likes to say that the person who took out the loan left her a message and said she has no clue what the message is regarding. She never states where she is calling from.

CALL ME CONSTANTLY FOR A LOAN I DID NOT TAKE OUT. VERY RUDE THREATNING,MEAN...THEY ARE ALL A@$HOLES

this number has been calling me for two weeks at 10am every morning and leaving me voicemails everytime, claiming that i am a customer and calling me by the name "Jessica Harris" and to call them back asap and thanking me for being their customer. the man who left a voicemail said his name was Jared McDonald and when i called the number back i yelled at them demanding to be taken off their system that i am not Jessica Harris and he said "okay i am taking you off the system" and then he just hung up on me! i'm going to call back on monday and have my fiance talk claiming that she is Jessica Harris. I also received more calls from another number with the same message just another person callimg me Jessica Harris and the number was 800-401-9026. when i called them back a man named Yoshi picked up and told me it was a medical company in Japan and asked me if i was a doctor! i believe him when he said he took me out of the system and he apologized for the inconvience. weird!

I keep getting a call from this number, but it is identified on my phone as 000-000-0000.  My phone is a working phone and does not allow me to answer calls like this.  They also do not wait for the answering machine to finish its message and so I only get part of the number.  Took me almost two weeks to find out who it was.  Then when I did call, she was yelling at me for something that I know nothing about.  We have work phones and if we get switched from one department to another we switch phones.  When I finally called to find out who they were calling they could not tell me, so I could not forward the message on to anyone.  We have over 1300 employees and if they would give me the name of the person they are trying to contact, then I could get them to stop calling this number.

Same issue at Pam above, only we have fewer employees and it is taking up my company employees time with this nonsense.  I tried to speak with them nicely but they refuse to remove my company phone number from their list.  I am going to contact our company lawyer and have their business practices investigated.  This form of harrassment should be outlawed.  Not too mention the average intellect of the callers is a 3rd grader.

I keep getting the same phone call. Leaving messages talking about they want to help me with my credit said I applied on line. I never applied for any credit help but they dont listen and keep calling so I just let the phone ring dont know what else to do.

They keep calling me at work asking for someone else in the company and I keep telling them wrong number. I just found out that, according to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act(FDCPA) they can only contact a third party(me) once. If I tell them to stop calling and they do not they are violating the FDCPA. They next time the call my extension at work asking for that person, I am going to file a formal complaint with the FTC.

Received a call at work from this number a guy named Mike left the number and said call me. No other information. I have no payday loans and the one I did have was paid off 2 years ago. They can keep leaving messages but they are not going to get anywhere with me.

I took out a quick payday loan from United Cash Loans as I had to pay my rent a few months back. I then fell on hard times and was unable to pay them back. called me several times a day since then. The last person I spoke with I told them to stop calling me and I was tired of them calling me 3, 4 sometimes 5 times a day. The rep got rude and called me a liar saying they didn't do that and then threatened that they'll call me 6 times a day or more if that's what it takes for me to pay $350 (original was $200). I discovered that they aren't even legally able to business in my state.

Avoid these people. Right now I just let their calls go to voice mail since it's obvious they don't even want to listen to my side of things and insist on harrassing me. Getting a cash loan from them isn't worth the headaches.

I received a call from this UCL in confusion. The man on the other line says he  would like to talk to me about an item i had returned. I was trying to think what i might have returned in the last few weeks. Nothing i could think of. At that point i look on line of what this might be. Now i know. There are so many ways people can handle this rude company.

like everyone else here..ucl is taking 75$ payments from my account when i call this number i am told they dont have a file on me....to call  1800 279 8511 for customer service......is it possible to get the bank to deny all future payments to these a**holes...I'm not wanting to pay them forever.....

my balance (fake balance) has just been going up, up.

Loan sharks.  Don't bother returning their calls.  They can't do a thing.

keep calling my phone day and night, i have taken no loan out with this company' they have overdrawn my account 131.00 usd  i signed no loan documents and didnot send them a voided check i want to know what i can do to stop this false account?

I  received a call stating I owed a loan from august 2008.I needed to
call back today or it would reflect negatively on my credit .I called back and advised them I had a loan in february and I had
my statements to prove the money was drawn from my account.They asked
me to fax it in and they will look into it.

Received a call at my place of business, asking to speak with a staff member. I told them they were not available, and if there is something I can help them with. This person, Nick, stated that he would like me to pass a message on to the person stating that it was urgent to return the call, as a customer, to UCL at 800-701-7565. I asked if I could relay what this was concerning. He said, "This is a personal matter, so I wont be discussing this information with you."
I told him that if it was personal, he needs to continue to use the employee's personal number, and to not disturb a place of business. to which he replied,
"Well once you pass this message along, you can tell him to remove this number from his listed numbers."
"No," I said, "I will let you guys handle that, do not call here again."
