- Melissa| 1 replyThis gentleman called me named Richard and told me that my credit was at 628 and that if I didn't pay off a bill I owed it would ruin my credit for the rest of my life. I told him first there was no way my credit was that high I just checked it and it was really bad from my divorce and second I was already working with the company I owed the bill to so there was no reason for him to call me. Then my grandmother called and told me he called her and was very rude trying to get me to pay my bill! My mother was just frauded $1100 and there is no way I am giving any info over the phone no matter who they "say" they are and I suggest everyone does the same too, especially when the caller ID reads unavailable. I figure if they think they are going to get my money they better be in a building I can touch and to a person I either know for sure is legit or that I can go meet in a legitimate office! Its just too risky out there now and there are too many evil people that dont care if they hurt others!

- BeanDipHave received about 200 calls from this company, who ever they are. I called them back only once and got some young guy who was extremely rude and wanted the # that I was called on. I told him no way and he hung up on me. I did gather that they work for many different financial institutions but no idea which ones.

- BeanDipJust got off the phone with this company, apparently they were looking for someone that has never lived here. I am the only one that has ever lived in this house and had the # that they keep calling as far as I know. This guy was fortunately pretty nice and said he was going to take me off the caller list immediately. I had better not get one more call from these guys or I am going to go nuts on them.

- KAALike Richard above, Kim Scott was equally rude, good thing our call was being monitored for "quality assurance" all he wanted to was talk over me. Seems my USCellular bill was sent to them yesterday because I broke my contract by switching to another carrier that is costing me ALOT less money a month!! I am paying them $100/mo. until the bill is paid. Which by all means is that I am making monthly payments, which Kim will no doubt NOT report about our conversation. I got the same song&dance about my credit. He's just pissed because he won't be getting any commission off of this. Don't give them the satisfaction of calling them back, it's only "time-sensitive" for their wallets.

- mscalled on our business number and I told them it was 7:30 pm and the calls were being forwarded to my company cell phone.The man Leo wanted to talk to someone in our office I told them to call back at 7-5 the next day.Leo told me if I didn't put him on with the person he was looking for he would get me fired.I hung up.He called me back 7-8 times with threats and told me I Would get several calls every night because I was disrespectful this was one of the most obnoctious individuals in the world.

- unknownThey called me concerning a old employer. I told them that I was no longer in contact with this person. Kim Scott who is a man was very rude to me!!!! I told him I wanted to speak with a supervisor and he started telling me I was yelling at him and that I had make the lady beside him cry! I told him he was crazy and that he was lying but he hung up on me. I called back and he knew it was me and said what do you want...why are you yelling. I told him I was going to continue calling until I talked with supervisor. I then hung up and called back he answered again. I called back with *67 and someone else answered. I spoke to a "supervisor" but they didn't seem to care either. I then looked up this page to see where the number was calling from and it said it was a collections company for US Cellular. So I called them to let them know exactly what kind of ppl they had working for them. This Kim Scott has no idea. My husband called them back and told them he would call every day and make "Mr. Scott's" job a living hell if he called my house again....Maybe that is what we need to do. EVERYBODY call them everyday and harass them everyday!!

- What the ?This company collects for what appears all cellular companies. They have contacted my mother who is quite old and continue to harass her. I have no idea how they got her number or name ect. but I would think that is illegal to search for other family members to harass I plan to look into this. My mother is so stressed about the calls and in poor health anyway, I told her not to answer.

The message that was left stated that if I was not this person that they named to just hang up, that they were CCA and was trying to collect some debt from the person they named.

- AidanThis number calls me multiple times a day. An automated voice asks for Jody Nichols. The voice states that if I hang up they will assume I am not Ms. Nichols. I did that --I am not, nor have I ever known, Jody-- They keep calling.... To date I have called back 5 times asking to be taken off their call list. The last call back being about five minutes ago. I spoke with Ashley. My call back experiences have varied; they have tried quizzing me, they have been rude, once they were polite. Never has a a call back been effective in taking me off their list. I would very much like to know what company this is so that I can report their harassment.

- AmyI typically do not answer phone calls that are "unavailable" callers. Someone saying they were from the EOCCA, or something to that nature. They were looking for my stepbrother, whom I have never lived with. I had co-signed for a small loan of $1000. He did not keep up on the loan payments so I paid it off. That was 17 yrs ago. I know he recently lost a business and has some debts left to pay but has a payment plan of some sort. I don't know how they got my number from that long ago. The lady asked the number I was calling from. She told me she was looking for my brother (gave his name). I told her he did not live here and he was my stepbrother. She said she could not disclose why she was calling but to have my brother contact them. Creditors?
