Who is this, and why are they hanging up when I answer the telephone?

yea they just called me and hung up?

It is damn Bally's Total Fitness - annoying calls me all the time after I signed up for a free trial and did not want to join the club. I get calls at all hours of the day after I tell them no.

Phone number keeps calling our house numerous times. It's a person claiming they are from Bally's Total Fitness when we ask them, and they keep asking for someone named Joshua or something. It seems to be the same guy calling every single time and every time he asks for the same person...even we told him there was no such person in this house and to stop calling.

Someone want to tell me if it's really Bally's?

Yes, I'm fairly certain it's ballies. I JUST went for a 1 free day guest pass yesterday, and today I just got the call. I got the call and it hung up. what the hell are they doing?

I canceled my membership months ago and Ballys keeps calling. I'm sure they use what's called an automatic dialer which calls dozens of lines at once then terminates all other calls once the first person answers.  This is your "hang up".

I just got a call from this number, I have never been to Bally's so  have to idea why they know my name?!!

This number just called me and all I heard was static before the hang up when I said "Hello"...VERY annoying!

Same situation here they called me and hung up on hello. What is wrong with them.

I get this call all the time around the same time each day too!! I signed up for their two week free membership and haven't got the month or year thingy. And they hang up too! grrrrrrr.

Hahaha at last guy.  You signed up over the phone?  probably got some identity theft issues going on.  Yeah this number pisses me off, recommending blocking it.

Im getting somewhere around 10 calls a day! The couple times i answered they hung up. I'm surprised because I already talked to them on a local number phone call and made it very clear i did not want their membership, but now these 1-800 calls are driving me nuts!

I started getting these calls 5 days ago, immediately after signing up for a free week at Bally's.  Now I am definitely not going to join the club!  Does anyone know how to make the phone calls stop?  They always hang up when I answer and try to yell at them!

just got a call from 800-707-3217 rang for about a second and hung up...grrrrr

They have really got to realize that it is the absolute WORST way to get anyone interested in joining their club. I get so fired up everytime my phone rings and it's this number. I don't even bother answering anymore.

I would like these people to stop calling me. They call all of the time and are very pushy. I have told them to stop calling but they still have not.

Who do I call to get them to stop calling me???

Interseting part is when you try to call this number, it says does this number does not exists

Same deal- signed up for trial pass online and I keep getting calls at 8:30 at night!  I even got a static voicemail.
