Just got a call from this number.  New one on me.  Any ideas??

Caller ID had this number 5x yesterday anyone know who it is? Wasn't home to answer.

It's horrible. Who is calling me from this number everyday?

This may be a debt collector who is attempting to build a case against you by failed repeated attempts to contact or they have a predictive dialer which will repeatedly dial your number until they reach the party they desire to speak with.

Block the number and any other number or symbols which appear on your caller ID. Then, file a report with the FTC. Try to get their information (name of caller & address) then send them a certified letter to cease and desist while contacting an attorney.

Remember, unless they own the account (which they must validate), they have no rights to collect unless you give them that right by discussing the account with them in detail and/or making arrangements to repay them.

They have called twice in the last hour so far. New number to me. I answered the first one, and it tells you to hold for an operator, and I hung up. The second time, I tried to answer, but it said call failed.

this number calls four or five times a day never leaves a message and when you answer  no one will say anything getting tired of it can someone please stop these harassing calls

weve  been having the same issue, only its like 7-10 times a day. i am sick and tierd of these people. and they call at ramdon times as well.

800-715-6478 THIS IS HSBC/HFC ..These are the nice bank thats give you a loan at 12% Knowing you can"t pay it back...If you have a home morgage! All they want is to add alot of fees on your loan before they take it back! That how they work! HSBC SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

Whoever is calling from this number only lets the phone ring two times and leaves no message!

I agree, and when you are one day late on the payment they are calling 5-10 times a day, when you answer you get a recording that all of their reps are busy and they will call back.  I can't stand them!!!!

This is HSBC. They keep calling about a mortgage I do not have with them now or ever.  They are very annoying, call several times a day. I asked them to stop calling, I do not have a mortgage with them. They still call several times a day.

Okay, this number is call my work line every day, several times a day and when I pick up I either get no one or a recording. If this is Beneficial calling, they aren't doing a great job in actually trying to reach anyone!

This number is HSBC mortgage..They will call you several times a day.

Our mortgage is up to date and they are still calling.

It is HSBC Morgage Corp. whether you do have a mortgage with them or had one, they are calling for fees they unknownly charged you for and they are calling to collect. Worst company to deal with and big time scam artists by charging you for fees and not telling you are sending supporting documentation and also for calling repeatedly and not leaving a message ever.

We have a mortgage with HSBC and it is up to date the payment is not late. HSBC starts calling on the 2nd of every month. I hate this company they mess with our escrow account funds. They have not paid what they are supposed to pay out of those funds like hazard insurance and property taxes. Hope someone can get them to do what they are supposed to do. Talk to lawyers I have to pay lawyers to make them do what the contracts already say they are supposed to do. Again the consumer gets it in the shorts, and mortgage companies get bailed out of their messes.

They constantly call my 11 year old daughter's cell. I'm pretty sure she doesn't have a mortgage and we certainly don't with this company.
