My phone shows the call as 500-000-0000.  I never answer but they call very frequentally, sometimes as much as 7 times a day.  They have only just started leaving vm messages.  Although they call a lot, they only leave one message and that's usually at the end of the day after they have been calling all day.  The message they leave states "This is "Mrs. Stiffle?" you need to call me back immediately at 800-724-1107 at extension ...."

I also get calls from a number that comes up "unavailable" and the person making the calls often forgets to hang up when my voicemail starts recording.  Several times I have gotten 7-9 minute messages of someone typing, burping or breathing or this guy having personal conversations talking about trying to "collect from these idiots".  He was having a conversation with another collector saying how they just changed the policy on how they get paid so if he can't collect he can't get paid...

I am not sure if they are from the same company or not...

they left message for someone who moved out many years ago to call 866-513-9461 but left no details

Just received a call on my cell phone and was asked if I was so and so. Just so happens that I do have the same first name. The individual kept asking me if my name was that and what my last four numbers of my SSecurity. And if my birth date was on particular date that she mentioned. I told the individual that she should not be calling me on my cell phone since I was not person they were looking for and how they got the number. I asked her what the call was all about and she said that I owed 600.00 to Chase which I believe was WAMU at one time. I don't have an acount with Chase nor have I ever had one. Since I told her that I was not about to divulge any information she threaten me that my account would be marked as me not wanting to pay. I told her good that I was not worried.

Me and my brother have been getting calls stating we were given a loan for 5000.00 dollars and never paid it back. And at this time we were going to go to court if a settelment could not be reached.

I told the lady on the phone I needed her name the account the bank and I would have my lawyer call her back, She stated that we were going to court Monday. She was calling from 312 area code I live in 813 and ask what court did she want me to report too. She demand that we settel the debt on the phone, Thats when I hung up...... Scam

Got a call on my cell phone from them, which went to voice mail.  I never give out my cell when applying for credit or any other business.  They called and asked for me but phone is in my spouses name.  Whoever they are, they can not be trusted!

They called me and left a VM with no message.  I called the number back, and someone answered "Carter's Interchange" or something like that.

creditors interchange they are rude obnoxious scum bag debt collectors junk debt buying bottom feeders. they use intimidation unsuccesfully lol i settle with the collectors who are polite to me not barracudas like these [***]- one guy hung up on me twice. they called my parents my sister my work. scum see you in court dumbasses not a dime from me.

Debt collectors. Rude, obnoxious, and had the wrong information.  The only watt to get him off the phone was to hang up on them. No reasoning with them. Just hang up when they start with the threats.

don't hang up.  record the call if you can. if you can't don't worry because all their calls are recorded and retained pursuant to a consent decree with the NYS Attorney General.  Take notes, record if you can  and sue them.  Also file a complaint with the NYS attorney general's office.  The managers allow the collectors to violate the laws. its the only way they can get a bonus check.  The company will pay out because they cant afford to lose any more clients because of their cowboy tactics. You have one year to file your complaint under the FDCPA.

I have gotten many calls from this number. The person behind the call states he is asking for information about an account, although he never specifies which account, and he never gives me information from "my" account when I ask. He only seeks to get information from me without answering any information for me. He starts by trying to get me to validate my home address. I never give out any information about myself.

I got a call from these scummy people. They are rude and obnoxious. I told them I used to pay all my credit cards and so forth on time until I lost my job and found myself in the hole. They said they dont care when can I pay! I said NEVER SO [***] OFF! Leave me alone!. You took a risk just like a Las Vegas Casino and now you crapped out. Sucks for you guys!

thi number has ben calling my cell phone for over a week. They leave 1 messege a day. They are not asking for me but someone who I have never heard of. I answered today when they called. The man was rude and obnoxious. He asked for  the husband and thn the wife. I told him know by those names lived at this number. He asked me how I knew that. I told him to stop calling. He aksed me when did they move. I told him this was a cell phone #. He again asked when did they move, then before I could say anything very rudely said goodbye and hung up. I am so sick of these scumbags thinking they can treat people like S*#@$!!!!!!!  This has to stop!!!!!!!!

I received a call last week on my cell phone - nice message was left for someone else (starting with, if you are not so-and-so, please hang up now).  I received another call today but no message.  I do not intend to answer these calls, so hopefully they will just stop.
